I bought my 2017 Q7 from here and I would certainly recommend this place to many. The car is an absolute monster with great service records..Manny was the salesman to assist me and not only did he help get me approved for a pretty good rate, he was also very diligent with his work and communicated on a timely manner. The missing star would be do to minor flaws in the vehicle, like every no and then the driver and passenger side windows will do the opposite of what I am trying to do (weather it’s out them up or down) which would lead me to believe it’s a minor electrical issue. A very small chip in my windshield which isn’t really visible to the eye without closely observing. Also there were lights on my dash that were not cleared ( Inspection warnings ) which need to be cleared with a scanner, only reason I would give 4/5 stars. Other than what i disclosed, I couldn’t be any more please with Mannys service, thank you for all that you’ve done!

I can't say enough good things about the staff at Somerville Motors. This was my first time buying a car and they treated me with the utmost respect while helping me at every step of the way. They even went above and beyond when after I had purchased my car I discovered a few issues that weren't included in the warranty. I gave Manny a call and he was immediately willing to help. Recently bought a 2014 jeep patriot from Somerville motors and couldn’t be happier. My salesman Manny was very nice and extremely easy to work with. The day I called to come look at the car Manny had it ready to go for a test drive upon my arrival, and helped me to get a great APR upon purchase.

My husband and I went to several different dealer-ships before we found this one. We went to several 'big-known' dealers, and those dealers didn't treat us half as good as Somerville Motors did. As soon as we pulled up, the owner came and shook our hands and treated us extremely well. They had several cars that my husband had an eye on until he chose to buy a cargo van. Junior, the finance manager, was extremely nice and did everything he possibly could to meet our needs. I saw organization, teamwork and most importantly honesty. I am definitely coming back here for our next car!

Came in and knew what I already wanted. Zach just really helped out and was able to accommodate at such late notice. He let me experience the vehicle for test drive. Very professional. He was very helpful with paper work and explained everything very carefully. Zach made my experience at the dealership feel very comfortable. I will deff come back or refer him to people who are looking to get in a new ride.

Buyer beware!!! I bought my car in June 2022; I am extremely disappointed with my purchase and wish I never bought it from them. They asked what is most important for you to buy a vehicle. I said, a warranty, reliability, low miles. **** when I got there they send me out to a different place in a trailer to sign my papers; and proceeded to tell me that it didnt have a warranty, as Im signing the papers. I was immediately shocked and upset and said that was the first thing!! They try and ******* out the door; as Im driving away I get 10 miles and my check engine light comes on. Now this went on for close to a month. I live 40 minutes away and had to bring the car back three times. I brought it to my mechanic and he told me it was the catalytic converter. I bring it to them and they Give it to me the next day said they fixed it. So back to my guy; they unplugged the battery and drove it ten miles to shut off the check engine and didnt touch the cc. So a fourth time I told them if they dont give me a brand new one then Im returning it. I wish to god I trusted my womans instincts because besides fixing this issue there has been twice at my mechanic; it hasnt sounded right and its not even close to a year. I didnt have the best credit and didnt think I could **************** at a reliable dealer. I wish I had in hindsight. Im letting you know to pass on this place. They make them look nice and shiny but I dont think they are in business to help hard working people with a reliable car. And its probably why theyre not registered with the BBB.
