They get the job done in a friendly and efficient manner--prices are reasonable--when a young woman at the desk realized she overcharged me--she ran across the street to flag me down--to refund my money--in this day and age it is refreshing

SAC did a great job replacing my cars front bumper and headlight after a small accident. When I picked it up, it looked good as new! The staff was also friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend and will come back if I ever need to in the future.

Great experience with Julio and Marcelo. They took care of my Dad after someone crashed into his vehicle. The car left their shop looking better than it did before the crash! Very friendly and honest folks and would highly recommend them!

Anyone like me, who aren't exactly gearheads, should listen up!Imagine this: My car gets all banged up, and I'm left scratching my head. But then I stumble upon Somerville Auto Center!From the get-go, they were like speedsters, super quick to respond and getting my car in pronto. And when some rusty parts arrived (ugh, so annoying!), they didn't bat an eye, just ordered fresh ones, and even gave me a ring to keep me in the loop.Now here's the magical part - they sorted out extending my rental with my insurance company seamlessly! They even let me drop off my rental with them and I had my car returned cleaner than it was before. Even the phone music was superior! Which I luckily didn’t even have to listen to for long. Huge shoutout to the manager behind it all, Julio, who I’m grateful I got to meet and thank personally.So, if you're like me, and car talk makes your head spin, trust me, Somerville Auto Center is the real deal. They're my go-to now, and I wholeheartedly recommend them. ?Service: Body & Trim

I am so happy with the service I got with Somerville Auto Center. They fixed my car painted it real nice that looks brand new. What surprised me is they fully detailed my car inside looks like I just bought a new car. Somerville Auto Center is the best!!! Luiza is so nice! Thank you so much ?

I was recently rear ended with a ton of damage to the back end of my car, and Somerville Auto Center made it look better than ever! They’re super helpful and got my car done pretty quickly considering how many parts they had to order. The people I talked to answered all my questions (and I had a lot, as I’ve never been in an accident or had any body work done to my car). I cant speak for pricing as it was all done through insurance, but I truly appreciate the amazing work they did on my car (they even cleaned the inside !!!). I’ll absolutely be back if I ever need any more work done! Thank you to everyone at Somerville Auto Center!!!!

Such a great place to go for auto work. Everyone is very kind. The owner is helpful, honest, and reliable. You get a sense that these guys really care for their customers like they're family. I would probably give this 3.5 stars if I could. I picked Somerville Auto Center because of the wonderful reviews and the service was almost great, but missed the mark. First, the pros: - They agreed to evaluate our bumper damage next day and gave us a punctual (and I believe fair) quote - Very friendly service in person - They detail your car so you pick it up very clean, which is just a nice treat Now, the cons: - After taking our deposit they said they would call when the parts were in - a few weeks went by and no call, so I called them and they said the parts already had arrived. Great! But not sure how long it would have taken for them to get in touch if I hadn't called - Initially was told they'd be able to get it done in one day, but when we dropped it off on a Friday they said it would take multiple days. Okay, fine, but I wouldn't have planned on a Friday if I knew they would have it all weekend. On Monday, called to see when it would be ready and they said maybe not until Tuesday. Partly not their fault since a fog light arrived broken, but again, just not a lot of proactive communication and 4 days is a long time to not have a car you thought you'd dropped off for 1 day. - After picking up our car and getting home, noticed that there is a scratch on our brand new bumper. Yes, I should have checked more carefully before driving away, but disappointing. The car is not otherwise in pristine condition and having just given up our car for 4 days, probably not worth getting it fixed, but annoying to say the least. Before seeing the scratch, I would have given them another chance. Now I will probably seek services elsewhere next time I'm in need.

I highly recommend this place. I did extensive search in Cambridge and parts of Boston to find an auto repair shop with lowest price and shortest repair time. After going over 7 quotes, I chose this place. The quality of work is very high (see the before/after pics below). They are polite, and provided a gift card surprise to me at the end. They also reimbursed me on the cost of uber ride to get into the place to pick up my car. Excellent service overall.Service: Body & Trim
