Above and beyond expected service. First, they are easy to deal with and quickly deliver a quality product. More important, though, I had an unexpected problem with part of the vinyl wall text for a client that involved an unusual alphabet used exclusively in a small country. I had been unsuccessful in attempting to generate a few words in that alphabet, and was able to provide only a jpg for that part of the wall text.When I submitted the file, Neal told me that the jpg would appear in a white box, which was unacceptable because the text would be on a colored wall. I told him to hold off on production till I could figure out what to do.I still hadn't found a solution that morning, and was pondering what to do when Neal emailed me that the job was done and I could pick it up--a woman on his staff had figured out how to covert the jpg. The wall text looks perfect.So not only did Neal and his team quickly deliver a quality product, but also, on their own initiative, they also solved a problem for me and saved me lots of time searching for a solution myself. I'd give them 10 stars if that was possible.
