Stay CLEAR. Definitely the WORST sephora i’ve ever been to and I will NOT be returning.Got “helped” by one of their beauty advisors named Lucy, who was quite passive aggressive at first. She recommended me a product that gave me a horrible allergic reaction even after I specified ingredients that my skin is sensitive to. Of course, I had questions about the products and I could tell her patience was running thin, which as a customer is not the most comfortable experience. Overall horrible experience.Sephora, teach your staff some kindness.

I did my 60 min full face make up for my baby shower and it was the worst. I could do better than the makeup artist. Waste of time and money.

I just wanted to give Christie a shoutout for helping me purchase a whole new makeup line on Saturday. She was super knowledgeable and patient, helping me find products work really well for my skin tone and skin type. Thanks so much Christie!!

Not gay friendly at all. I went in as a man looking for a blush. No one greeted me or my husband. A blonde woman walked by me asking all the woman in my vicinity if they needed help, but completely ignored me although I was clearly shopping for products. When I flagged her down to ask for assistance, she immediately looked annoyed and gave me attitude. She said I couldn’t have a sample because they only did samples of pumped products. Seemed reasonable enough besides her tone. After she walked away, I decided to buy the displayed product. When I again flagged her down to let her know that I wished to purchase it, she snapped back “you have to take it to the register.” I calmly asked her where it was since it was a display item, to which she replied “it’s either on the table or (over there somewhere).” At this point, I just left. It was clear that she did not want my business, and I was feeling really uncomfortable with the homophobia.I was shocked to be treated so poorly at this Sephora location. I won’t return here, and recommend that other members of the LGBTQAI community go elsewhere.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!! I went to this Sephora on Friday for a color match for a concealer. The woman who was assisting me was absolutely clueless. After testing over 10 shades from three different concealers directly under my eyeball, she told me I should try a different location. Even worse, I woke up this morning with a Stye :( I am very very upset and absolutely will never come back here. Do not do not come to this Sephora, you will leave empty handed and infected.

Employees at this location are very unprofessional and disrespectful. I went there last week because I work in the area. As I was leaving the store there were samples of charlotte Tilbury displayed at the front of the store on a table. There were a group of 4 employees circling in front of the store talking and not doing their job. I asked three times to have one of the samples and none of them even answered me. There one of them who was laughing at me and one with blue highlights in her hair rolled her eyes and me and said I’m out of here. No one was willing to help me not share the displayed products with me. Although I walked out of the store spending $400.00 buying products. Some of the employees need to be trained about being professional more with customers.

the staff over the register was literally scrolling tiktok while I was trying to pay (didnt look at me at all) and she didn’t even ask if I want a bag but still charged me one

How come Sephora has one makeup artist. I make an appointment for my wedding day. An employee just call me to tell me they have to cancel my appointment because they have no help . The artist has an emergency, they have to cancel everyone appointment. Don’t tell me a big store like Sephora works with one makeup artist with no back up UNBELIEVABLE. Or the manager doesn’t care if they make money or not. I wish I could give zero star

Worst customer service I've ever experienced ANYWHERE IN MY ENTIRE LIFE! So incredibly rude! I really want to return my $550+ of items. This same associate was rude to me previously.

The treatment/service I received was horrendous. I visited twice during the recent semi-annual sale. On the first visit (store was not crowed, even though Rouge sale) there were clusters of staff chatting. I took it upon myself to turn on a lighted mirror to attempt a foundation shade match. Too dark.. as I was walking back to get another, a rude employee barked "are you finished with that mirror - TURN IT OFF" I said no... she barked again, well, turn it off when you're done - nasty tone. She went back to personal chatter. She was 5 feet from the mirror. Next day, decide to go back to get additional items. She (same girl) rung me up for 550.00. I politely asked if that included the sale discount? She barked YOU NEED TO REQUEST THE DISCOUNT! I said I gave you my phone number and you looked up my account - told me my points, etc.. The person the previous day applied it after I provided phone number. THAT employee said nicely "oh I see you are rouge, you get 20% off" She again barked, YOU NEED TO TELL US (condescending, rude tone). I can honestly say in all my years of retail shopping, I've never encountered such a rude, condescending salesperson. Will never ever go back, oh except to return the items I purchased....
