Ok…. So I shop here frequently. There are a select few associates who have been consistently helpful, very kind, and friendly towards me. I wish I can remember their names so that I can shout them out. But the last two times, I was met with attitude and mean-mugging from a couple of other associates. You had signed up for a customer service job…. but, these weren’t pleasant experiences. Please learn from your fellow colleagues.

I had a appointment for my daughter for school pictures. Her makeup advisor was Yeabsira. What a good experience. Yeabsira took her time and explained everything she was doing. My daughter looks great.Yeabsira was awesome!

Grace was so accommodating, friendly, and she had an exquisite personality unmatched. She called for someone to match me in the make up station and no one came for the past 10 minutes, she graciously helped me. She is one of a kind, Gladys and Priscilla, please make her employee of the year.

The salesperson knew the name of the product, which was a savior. However, these stores have to employ all ages. We are not all in our twenties anymore, so our skin care changes.

We were helped to choose a perfume which the shop didn’t carry. They helped us matching the scent with different brands they had. Store itself was clean and well organized. Staff we met was all friendly, attentive, helpful, and professional. Great experience. Best customer service in any Sephora shops we has visited!!

Would give a higher rating if staff could figure out how to explain to customers their sample policy without being rude. I had one employee super willing to help me and then when I asked another two employees said they do not do samples and were pretty rude and matter of fact with me after I said another employee had told me yes before

The people who work here are not helpful I asked if they could help me with my foundation color and they said sure 10 minutes later no one came and I had to do it myself. It wasn’t even busy. Every other Sephora is so much better

Vivian was the most helpful and patient I’ve met in any Sephora before. She did a skin test and provided me the perfect shades for my skin color and type.

I visited Sephora in Assembly Square for a makeup session in preparation for my graduation. The experience was exceptionally positive. Amina was attentive, taking time to understand my preferences and ensuring my satisfaction at each step of the process. Additionally, the sanitation practices observed were of the highest standard.Thank you so much Amina for listening. like simple make up and I was beautiful.

Sorry for the long back story! I went in today with my 10 year old and by 10 month old. My 10 year old was helping with the baby rocking him in his stroller and it turned and fell. The baby was strapped so he was totally fine. One of the girls that works there came over and scolded my son which I wasn't very fond of but brushed it off because maybe she was just concerned for the baby. She did ask me twice if the baby was fine and I said yes. She then walked away but my friend her say "this is why you don't come with kids to Sephora". She continued to giggle and talk with other staff while looking our way until my friend stared her down. Horrible experience honestly.

This store is great but the customer service coming from the staff needs an upgrade !I was at the store today and had a terrible experience with one of the associates (seems like she was racist) from the start I had placed an order online and my order was not ready to be picked up at the moment. Since I was near the store and decided to stop by asked if it was possible for me to pick up my item as I provided my confirmation number to the associate in a very respectful manner. She told me I had to wait my full 2 hrs until the order was ready because they are short staffed. The associate was just standing around doing absolutely nothing by the order pickup section. Stood there simply starring at me waiting for over an hour - was very careless and gave me the side eye look. I am a customer of sephora that has been shopping at sephora for many years and I don't deserve to be treated this way. If it happened to me it could be happening to other customer as well. We are not asking for favors - we are customer that are spending our money and honestly, if you’re just there for the money then I believe you’re at the wrong job. This is very simple the staff needs to be retrained and I also suggest for you guys to have morning huddles to see where the glitch of the staff is.
