The card reader for the atm outside does not work and the machine is unavailable after hours or before hours so if you need to use your bank when it’s not open good luck. I highly recommend we all take our business to a bank that appreciates and values our time and money. For this problem to exist for almost a year now is crazy. Figure it out Santander you guys make plenty of the predatory loans you give out using our money to fund them.

For God sake it's been more than 8 months and they still haven't fix this! You're not able to use the ATM after bank hours because the machine than reads your card have been broken forever, I live closed by and everytime I try to make a deposit after hous I can't because they never fixed this!!!

This place sucks! Hear me out, manager will and employee will hang up on your face, as your trying to talk to them, they'll speak to you in a condescending tone, they'll lie to your face so you open an account. Do yourself a favor bank somewhere else!!!
