Not a pleasant experience overall. The teller did greet me friendly but I felt was lazy. I asked for 5 dollars in pennies but the teller asked if nickels were ok so he didn't have to go out back for the pennies. Nice personality but overall didn't provide outstanding service tried to avoid my request

Although the word "literally" is overused and erroneously mostly, they literally have no customer service. I tried calling Friday and received a recorded message that, due to staffing shortages, no online or telephone customer service would be available until Monday morning. Called again Monday morning and received the usual "due to high call volume..." b.s. "your expected wait time is more than 30 minutes." Left the phone on speaker and kept working away. Forty minutes later I hear a beep and the line goes dead. Same thing happened this morning, so I got in my car, went down to the local branch, and closed my account. If you don't want my $50,000, I'm sure someone else will take it.

Nice little bank with great customer service not only when you walk in but when you call they always pick up their phone unlike large Banks which you call always Route to an answering service. Big thanks to Kevin, Jazz, JayJay, Charles and everyone they are all super professional and friendly staff.Thank you ??
