Where do I begin! First the “manager” has to know how to use the word of the day “INTEGRITY” correct! I went in on Jan 31 to buy some kicks on sale, I asked if I could switch the laces because the blue ones on the sneakers didn’t match and no one would know the difference (I could of done it myself and no one would of ever know the difference but being the honest person I am I asked if I could exchange them, seeing that he was gossiping with a friend as I walked in and no one acknowledged me) ! anyhoo this guy in the attached photo gets upset because I had to correct him on how to correctly use the word “Integrity”, he tried to make a point but he couldn’t handle this STRONG, LATINA, PROFESSIONAL women’s beat down on his interpretation of the word and became so upset that when I went in today to purchase products he had the nerve to ask these other 2 clowns in the picture to not ring me up and they stated I was trespassing and called Somerville PD to have me removed! I’m ?at the fact that I did not steal, threaten or become in any way aggressive towards the two clowns to have me treated the way I was in front of a packed store. All the while the “Manager” was in back not wanting to show his face! No names were given by any because as they all stated they did not have to supply me with their name! I have been a faithful Reebok customer until today!THE POWER OF THE LATINA WOMEN ??

I arrived at 8:38PM (store closes at 8PM) to return a pair of shoes. They wouldn't open the doors. This was after making the drive all the way there. They list their hours as being until 9PM but this is clearly not correct.

Went here yesterday got sneakers for myself and my daughter . Great store the staff is so eager to help and find exactly what you need and at a very good price! I highly recommend this store!!!

Great deals especially on trainers/sneakers. Staff were super friendly and very helpful, total contrast to Nike Outlet which felt overpriced with staff that did not want to be there despite the huge numbers of employees.

On October 5th we were at the Reebok Assembly store, we bought 4 pairs of tennis shoes, Oscar helped us who was very unfriendly, today we returned to change two of the 4 and again Oscar, and he told us that they cannot be exchanged, so My husband asked why, he said because they didn't have a box, when we bought them they asked us if we wanted the box and my husband said, no, but they never told us that without a box there was no change. I intervened and asked him why he never told us anything about the box, and he told me, it's not you I'm talking to and he told me to shut up, he left us standing there after being very rude and ill-mannered, then Miss Lilia left. He came over and apologized, I went to grab other sneakers and Oscar was standing in the middle of the store making fun of me. What a shame that such a prestigious store has these types of people as employees who all they do is make the brand look bad.

Probably one of the best back to school shopping experience due to the staff. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Took the time to help my son find a perfect pair of shoes instead of brushing him off. Also helped looked for a size in a particular shoe to make sure we were satisfied. We found more than abundance of shoes, but the two gentleman who helped were the reason why.
