I would like to share my experience with purchasing a 2017 Honda Civic model LX.Starting with the excellent service from Thiago who welcomed me very well at the store, always very polite and cordial, he conducted the negotiation in a professional and wise manner, I also highlight the support from Rose and Flávio who were perfect in helping me with the car inspection and some doubts about the financing process and future monitoring…I believe that when buying a car we look for a trustworthy place and preferably with recommendations, I was recommended by a friend who has already bought 2 cars with them and is super satisfied.Therefore, my feedback is 100% positive, Indian and I recommend it.Congratulations to everyone involved in negotiating the purchase of my car.You are too much

I financed a 2009 Toyota Rav 4 just under a month ago. 103k miles and in excellent shape inside and out. We test drove it before the shop had a chance to go over it and during the drive we pointed out it needed brakes, an oil change and a wheel bearing, all of which were done and done right, before we were even ready to pick up the car. We took the car to our own mechanic after purchase and he said it was a great buy and a car that should last us a very long time. He did say it needed shocks and a transmission flush. A 14 year old car at 100k miles is going to need this type of maintenance. I do not fault Real Auto for it at all. They were great people and very easy to work with. It seems the people who leave negative comments don't understand vehicle maintenance and its sad they have to blast a company, that as far as I can tell, is a very respectable one. Only time will tell us the car is truly a good purchase or not, but regardless, Real Auto was very transparent about everything, and didn't seem like they were just trying to make a quick sale. If I need a used car in the future I will be back

We went to this shop to look for a car and after hours, the sales representative told us to sign a bunch of papers in order to get a finance from the bank, stating that the it was not finalized and we could regret the buying anytime with no harm. We had my husband (who does not speak or read english well) sign a different paper that was not explained to neighter of us. The paper was litterally to say that if we regret the business would not return the ammount of US$1.600 payed. We returned to the store and the owner apologized it was not explained and just said that the papers were signed, this is how they conduct their business. We were mislead to sign something that you had no knowledge of the contents. We feel that this company takes advantage of clients who do not speak English.... Read More

Prior to me purchasing the car certain things are broken that they said they would fix like the AC ( which literally blew up 5 miles from the dealership? Check engine light came on and they told me it was the catalytic converter which states supposedly replaced and brought it to my own mechanic and it was never replaced. These guys are just in it for the money. Don’t care about customers just the almighty dollar. Would not recommend them to my worst enemy
