I went in to get a 2XL Black Mens Puma T-Shirt. The store did not have that size displayed it on their main sales rack..but luckly a store employee named Jason went to the back inventory and found one for me. Thank you Jason! Jason is the epitome of great customer service!

I just don't give it 0 stars because unfortunately there's no way! I was treated very poorly together with my husband at the checkout, by a guy and a girl there! The other attendants were nice, but these two were terrible, I felt humiliated in that place, I will never set foot there again, and I didn't recommend anyone I like to go to either! I'm an immigrant, I'm not American, but my money has no less value than others, the person who served me looked at me crookedly and wiped his arms and his hands when I was still close with a new look and contempt! A shame!

Well I contacted the customer service department about some puma sneakers I bout to, that I had some issues with. 1 was I have a normal non wide foot and can slid into all my shoes. these ones I have to struggle to get my foot in the right shoe! the left one wasn’t to bad but the right one made me want to throw the b&%ches out the window. but my girlfriend was so happy to get them for me i didn’t have the heart to tell her anything. so I just kept them. but when i finally get my foot in the right shoe. the heal bends down and a metal piece sticking in my achilles tendon so i have to put my finger in the back and try and smooth it out. just dumb! but i tried to explain that to customer service and he basically said. your bad we don’t cover wear and tear! WEAR AND TEAR!? it’s only been a month! how much can i mess them up when i rotate shoes each week . blows my mind! most of my shoes are pumas my friend wear pumas!! damn shame I have to stop because no ones cares! just want your money!! #pumatakesurcash!! if i could give no star i would!

Fortunately the store is one of the best organized in every sense in the sector, but the CUSTOMER SERVICE is very, very poor and when it comes to paying it is truly sad. Thanks for the variety of styles, but they need to improve in other aspects.
