I got a hybrid battery replaced yesterday on May 30th at my home in Boston. The technician showed up on time, was fun to chat with, and had the whole thing done in ~45 min. Car is running well - fingers crossed no issues!

Service was excellent. The process itself was quick and thorough, and the cost was close to half what I was quoted by the Toyota dealership. I cannot recommend enough.

Wonderful service provided by Bob and the Priuskings staff. The technician arrived promptly and completed a full diagnostic prior to performing any work. After determining I had a hybrid battery problem the technician proceeded with the battery replacement. Thank you Prius kings for the great service and helping to bring my old car back to life

I purchase a battery 3 month later it gave me problems i had warranty for 6 months. I called i let them know what was going on they send me a tech a week after after i have a deposit of $350 it was fine by me when the tech came to my house i was rude and gave actitud i came inside my house to let him finish when i came to see if he was done he had my car turn on and told me he dont have a battery for me or the tools to fix mine ( like really). I called and let them know what happen and they gave me the run around after days of a hassle they send me to get it fix to the tech house almost 2 hours away from home when i arrive to this persone house in the tow truck he was rude and told me he dont fix cars at this location and for me to take my car after i pay alot of money to bring my car to this place. After more than 3 weeks of me calling them they told me there was nothing they can do or refund my money i pay them because they already came to my house the first time and then they told to shipped the whole battery to Brooklyn Ny or to bring my car there this place is 4 hours away, i was scared to pay more money bringing my car and for them to tell me they dont fix it there, all i had to do was just sell my car as is not to deal with this people.
They will try to defend them self for there bad service and i have proof of the tech being rude i have videos of everything am saying this company is a ripe off and are only good at services when they try to sell you something the first time for the warranty dont waste for time they wont do anything for you. Stay away from this place and save your mo ey go somewhere else

My son's 2010 Prius gave us the dreaded "Check Hybrid System" alert one morning. We took it to a Toyota dealer, but once they spotted a mouse nest in the trunk area, they wouldn't touch it without paying them $1,500 to assess the possible mouse damage to the battery. They recommended calling our insurance company who would probably total the car.We said "No thank you" and called PriusKings. Bob came out, disassembled the battery assembly, found the chewed wires, and even disposed of the mouse nests and long-deceased mouse. He then installed a reconditioned battery with nice new wiring harnesses, all for a bit more than Toyota wanted just to diagnose the issue. We couldn't be happier.Bob was a pleasure to deal with and definitely saved our car from a premature demise. Thanks to PriusKings for their good work.Service: Battery

A couple of weeks ago I was told by a mechanic that a hybrid battery replacement for my Prius would have been in the ballpark of $4000! Luckily, I stumbled upon Prius Kings and paid a little less than half of what I was originally quoted by the other mechanic. Bob came by to my house and was in and out within 45 minutes. Super friendly, efficient, and smart. My car is running awesome so far! Hopefully I won't have to call Prius Kings anytime soon but I know who to call if I have any battery issues. Never go to a Toyota Dealer. Prius Kings came to my house and fixed my car for a very reasonable price. The diagnostic on my battery at the dealership cost $260, and Prius Kings charged a third of that for the same service. The technician was also extremely personable and nice.
