My husband and I just bought a home. We used Naveo as our mortgage lender. Ana Santos was the person who guided us throughout the whole process. Ana is amazing. She is professional, efficient and empathetic. She made this journey so much smoother. We so appreciate attention to detail and intuition about the information and questions we had. Staff are very rude and unwilling to help. Go as far to make snickering comments about you while your sitting 5ft away. Need a restructure of staff or at least a course on customer service Etiquette.

It was at one point that being a member of Naveo (Cambridge Portuguese Credit Union) it meant something now there just another institution that could care less for members and their lives!!

Don't go on vacation to Florida with this bank, they will freeze you card. There's nobody to talk to after bank hours so you will have no way to contact them so you can use your card. Very inefficient when you are stuck in Disney with your family and have no access to your money and need to eat something.

Not even sure where to begin with this one. We were needing money and small bills for an event today. We're in town and have a sister credit union in another state. We found Naveo. We drive over. We walk in. There's two people in line ahead of us. There are three people at the counter, ALL helping each person. It is taking them no less than 5 to 7 minutes per person. I actually made a comment about, "Not very efficient..." The place closes in about 25 minutes. At quarter of one, we make it up to the counter only to have them tell us their system is down and they can't help us. How about putting a sign on the door? How about telling the only other customer in the place that your system is down while they're waiting? Instead you wasted our time and made it so we were driving like chickens with our heads cut off in hot Saturday traffic to find something open nearby before banks close on a Saturday. Not cool.

UPDATE: I'm full on in love with this credit union. Samantha at Naveo saw my review and called me to personally help me troubleshoot my issue and it WORKS NOW! I just deposited a bunch of checks so easily, and it was all thanks to the caring, kind folks who work here. Truly the best.-----------------------------I LOVED this credit union when I lived close to the branch. The people are so friendly, kind, and understanding - they once cancelled an overdraft fee because it was a first time mistake on my part and I really appreciated their kindness in that sense. However, their app (at least for android) is completely unusable. I can't deposit a check remotely due to an app error that has been going on for longer than a year. This has led me to use a completely different bank for when I receive checks, which is a bummer since I'd prefer to bank completely with Naveo. If they could fix that it would be a major help.

I recommend this bank to any person who is interested in being treated with much respect. This bank is worth 5 stars in all areas; reception, problem-solving, etc. The people there are very practical and ready to solve your problem. They understand and truly want to help. There's no way you would leave without feeling happy & satisfied. The Somerville branch manager especially, Maria Ledo is wonderful. I have no words to express her service to each and every bank customer. I am very satisfied with my experience at Naveo credit union and would recommend it to anyone.

This is the WORST bank!! DO NOT BE LURED IN BY THESE FAKE REVIEWS. Their online banking system is ancient, if you want to speak to anyone over the weekend they send you to a third party Who can’t resolve the matter. On Monday when they have the chance to fix your matter, they won’t. They have done nothing but discriminate against me because I’m not the top 1%. Take your money elsewhere.

This bank is a rip off! Charging you a lot of fees that even if you not the one on fauL they wont hear your situation. All that matters to them is $$$! Poor customer service, poor management. Only good with their own people! Showing off that they care for community l but totally not. You want yo be ripped off? This definitely the place to go!

The only place in my neighborhood that I have been able to reliably get quarters for laundry now apparently "doesn't have quarters " (which by the way they said it was clearly a "we aren't doing that anymore" statement). So after paying them $3 for the privilege of getting money from my account (something I wouldn't begrudge for the service they were providing of being the only place in my neighborhood to get quarters I now have no way to do laundry this weekend . If banks aren't willing to change bill's for quarters where exactly are we supposed to get them?

I must say I'm extremely pleased by the service I received from Melvin Bryan Foundation, my only contact was via e-mail messaging but the time frame for my loan was exceptional... It was an awesome package on a perfect budget, the service was extremely quick and the fact that he was honest enough to guide me on the most cost effective avenues I must say Kudos SIR... Affordable interest rate and the most outstanding feature was the fact that whilst on the loan he sent follows
