My father a Senior citizen went to this store on 12/4/23 to get his account # as well as his transfer pin# they refused to help him and told him to call 611 instead. They could have easily helped him but they chose not to. This was a simple request, they had absolutely no reason not to help.This is not the first time they do not assist him.

My friend and I went to up grade his phone and it was a disaster he’s a Veteran and senior citizen and they cleaned out his account it was $85 for new phone +$26 activation and they charged his account $170 the date was july 12 and gave him a receipt from june 1 do not go to this store they will rip you off !!! We are investigating this with his bank !! Please reach out to me as we have been trying to contact the owner???

I have been With Metro PC since 2013. The Metro PC store at 314 Broadway, Somerville, MA is the only Metro I have ever gone to. I have purchased all of my phones from this location. I Just recently purchased a new phone from the store. The gentleman was very helpful. I even complemented him on his customer service. But when I went home and called Metro PC customer service for help with a download issue. I was surprised to hear my service plan was changed. My salesman up sold me and changed my plan. I am a senior but not a fool. Metro customer service apologized for the store and restored my plan because they noticed i never changed my plan in the past. I will NEVER go in this store again.Jules

Been in the store so many times the staff are in inappropriate and unhelpful they refused to help me and told me to call customer service and spent hours literally probably 30 hours in one week then customer service would tell me to go back to the store and I had to do this repetitive cycle of spending money to get back to the store and then the manager told me cistomer service lies and I then they refused to upgrade me even while on the phone with customer service all the staff in there are rude and unbelievably unwilling to listen to the agent that was on the phone telling them to upgrade me I spent money having to travel back and forth to the store over 14 one week so bottom line I wouldn't ever recommend going to this location ive been going there on and off for over 4 years

I went there at 5:55 pm the store was closed.Other people were complaining outside.I couldn't solve my phones problem through the phone.The agent told me, I had to go to one of their stores.I get there the doors are locked.Very disappointing.How can they treat their costumers like this during this crisis.Lamentable!

My phone charger that originally came with my phone broke so I bought a new one and the new one I bought instantly had problems. It would start charging my phone then stop and over and over again so I bought new charger the other day and the same exact thing started happening last night. I definitely won't be buying any new chargers from here

After two bad experiences at other metro locations in the area, I decided to give them one more shot and I came to this store. Stephanie helped me, and she was very sweet and helpful and actually knew what she was talking about. I got the free galaxy and Amazon prime for a year as a new customer, which is an awesome deal. The store is nicer and bigger than the other ones, and the staff is really friendly and helpful.

The staff is friendly and helpful, but plan to pay extra for every service, as this is their business model. Consider going directly to T-Mobile instead, to avoid these extra charges.
