I watched a rep working on Sept 26, 2024 at 5pm locked an elderly lady outside who needed help with her phone. It is very unprofessional and distasteful and need to be fired ASAP
The employee’s name is Christopher. He was not eating. He shut the door on the old lady’s face and locked it.

scam artist. stay away. keep moving on. The staff is incredibly rude, and unhelpful on purpose to charge fees. I've been a long-time Metropcs customer but now shopping for a new service.
