Jimmy and the service team took great care me. I received a new tire courtesy of the protection plan I had purchased at the recommendation of my salesman, Rob Tinkham. The entire visit took less than two hours, and included a top notch car wash. This dealership is a distance from my home, but I gladly travel there because the service is always excellent!

We had the most amazing experience at Mercedes-Benz of Boston. While we initially came in thinking we'd get a certain car, Richie answered every single one of our questions and helped us figure out the perfect car for us. He did not rush us or pressure us at all, instead, he made himself available over the phone and by text when we said we needed some time to think the decision over. Once we were ready to move forward, he made the process seamless and walked us through everything in the new car so that we could drive away with ease. We'll definitely be working with Richie for many years to come. Kris on the financing team was incredible as well and he pushed everything along internally so that we could call the car ours as soon as possible. The level of customer service at MB Boston is simply unmatched and we have already recommended them to all of our friends and family. Thank you MB Boston!!

Carlos R. was amazing throughout the entire purchasing process. He is not here typical “car salesman“ and is extremely thorough and knowledgeable about all of the cars. He’s not pushy at all and was quick to respond to any and all questions I had via phone and email. Everyone we encountered at Mercedes-Benz of Boston deserves five stars! This was our second car we purchased from Carlos at this dealership, and probably will not be our last!

Although I had to walk in due to an issue with my vehicle, everyone was helpful and welcoming. I would like to thank the lady who greeted me and assisted me in finding my previous advisor (I regret not asking for her name). Schneider, my advisor, was friendly and swiftly resolved the problem within 24 hours of me dropping off my vehicle, offering the highest level of hospitality. If I need to service my vehicle again, I would be pleased to make this service center my top choice.

A friend referred me to Rob Tinkham because he has bought several cars from him over the years and he spoke very highly of Rob. I had not bought a new car in many years so I was glad to have Rob patiently and helpfully guide me through the process. He helped to find the right car, with the packages that were best for me. I recently found out that another friend has bought cars from Rob, she was very happy with her experience too. Rob was knowledgeable and professional. He always got back to me very quickly whether it was email or phone calls. I highly recommend Rob and Mercedes Benz of Boston.

He guided me through this journey and I couldn’t be more thankful. He took his time listening to the things I was looking for in my dream car. Having bought many cars over the last 50 years, purchasing one from Mercedes-Benz of Boston was the most pleasant car-buying experience we've ever had. There was zero pressure from anyone throughout the entire process. And the price tag on our certified pre-owned 2020 GLB250 was even a few thousand dollars less with lower mileage than comparable listings in the Boston area. Many, many thanks to Andy, our courteous and very knowledgeable sales consultant, for patiently helping us throughout an entire afternoon as we test-drove the car and made the purchase. In fact, when a glitch stopped us from transferring the down payment from our bank account to the dealership's account by using our laptop, Andy drove us to the nearest bank branch just in the nick of time before it closed to get a cashier's check to finalize the purchase. Thanks also to Paolo for his careful and patient explanation of service and warranty options so we could make the right decision for our future needs. For many years we had heard the Herb Chambers advertising phrase, "We don't sell cars, we help people buy them," and thought it was just a cute, catchy slogan. But it's really true. They didn't play any of those infuriating, demeaning car dealer sales games. They obviously care about their customers, and we were treated better than we've ever been treated when buying a car.

One of the worst service experiences I have ever had. Brought my sprinter in for repair 7/19 and repairs were estimated to be completed 7/24. Then estimated another two weeks. Then no update for a month. No loaner was available or offered. Finally I scheduled service at Mercedes of burlington for 9/14 and when I told them I was taking my van I was offered a metris on loaner. Repairs were finally completed 9/24. More than two months without my work vehicle and loss of work and time. I would have expected more from Mercedes. Not only would I never bring my Van to Mercedes of Boston, but I would consider not buying another sprinter when the time comes.They asked for a review- here it is.

It was my first experience with Mercedes Benz of Boston, I was very impressed with the depth of knowledge about my vehicle in their system. The service department is exceptionally clean and the staff handled my situation with professionalism. Jimmy M. my service representative was professional and was patiently explaining the services I needed for my vehicle and open about the overall cost of service. He kept me updated regularly on the status and immediately responded to my request for a loaner vehicle. Thank you Jimmy and Mercedes Benz of Boston. I appreciate you and your services.

I would give the experience 10 stars !Every person I interacted with at Mercedes-Benz of Boston was helpful, friendly, and made this an enjoyable experience. Scarlen assisted me virtually when I was searching online for cars, and kept in contact with me with updates.When I went in person to test drive, I met Andy who was absolutely amazing to work with. He answered all of my questions and had unbelievable follow through, making sure I was well cared for all the way until license plates were on my car.Financing through MB of Boston was straightforward. I was assisted by Paolo and was never rushed. He too answered all of my questions thoroughly, and presented additional options in a way that wasn’t pushy.Easy, friendly, first class experience, including the service department, and I’m thrilled with the car!

If you're going to buy a Benz make sure you buy it at a Mercedes-Benz dealership (specifically Mercedes-Benz of Boston). These guys are the pros and they take care of you to make sure it's a special car buying experience. I was originally going to purchase my GLC online due to the ease of being able to do everything online, not having to go into the dealership, having the car delivered to my home, and also saving a few bucks, but Steve made my car buying experience exceptionally pleasant, smooth, and seamless and with a great level of care. He helped put all my doubts aside, helped push for the most dollars for my trade-in, made sure he was responsive, picked up all my calls and text msgs, and was prompt to follow-up on all items to finalize the transaction. Steve and MB of Boston took care of me every step of the way and I’m so glad that I made the decision to make my purchase at this location, they provide top notch service. It's very comforting to know that when I bring my vehicle back here for service, I know they will take care of my vehicle(s) for years to come. Thank you!

I am an enclosed car hauler and we worked with Eric picking up this G63. He was very helpful & friendly. ALSO he considered our time being semi drivers and was very quick making sure we had what we needed so we could be on our way. A+++ service if I’m ever in the market I’ll be sure to come to him knowing the service he provided!

I don't write many reviews, but I had to because this is the 4th car we've purchased from Mercedes Benz of Boston and this time Tabish really hit it out of the park! Tabish essentially read my mind, found me exactly what I was looking for in an incredible spec E450 coup in like 20 minutes. After getting it home I'm making up excuses to drive it like when I first got my license as a kid--incredible car!After purchasing 4 cars from Mercedes Benz of Boston I can say every time it's an exceptional experience. The service and atmosphere is really nice but down to earth, they make buying a car fun! It helps that they always have an incredible selection so each time we've left in a unique spec that we can't wait to drive home in. After Tabish helped me find my ride, Kris made it a smooth and simple transaction and even answered a late night follow up question in like 5 minutes...then Tabish even put a bow on it when I picked it up!We both drive cars bought and serviced at MB of Boston for a reason, they don't disappoint! Thanks again for taking great care of us as always!
