I am not sure what type of product/buffing technique they use but it has ruined the vinyl coverings on my car. As seen in the images.
The car did look amazing when I picked it up, but this is not worth it for me and I will not be recommending them to my friends.

K Professional Auto Detailing is the best detail outfit I've ever worked with. Marcelo and his team are the most professional, careful, and friendly people. Everytime I bring over our family SUV, they have it looking brand new. This is the only place I go for a real car wash.

I treated him like a friend until I was alerted to some jobs that weren't getting clean. He distracted me as a friend and as a client because he didn't do it for free or cheaply. Until I say that I dirty the car just to complain. Unfortunately, the quality of your work has dropped a lot, not because you don't know how to do more because you want to do it quickly and do more than you can, which means it loses its quality.

Made my car worse, plastic trim has droplet stains ALL over it and I can't get it off with anything. Black fabric on seats now has white salt like stains all over it now that it's dry. Would not recommend but it seems I'm just unlucky given the other reviews.
