My daughter bought a used Chevy Trailblazer from John about three weeks ago. She was having some mechanical issues and a leak under the car. I spoke to John directly and he assured me that it would be resolved. He has gone above and beyond what any other used car sales dealership would do. If I ever need another car or I need to refer anyone this is the dealership I want to use. John thank you for taking care of my daughter.

I initially wanted an ML 350 from johns auto sales, and unfortunately the option they had was already sold but I decided to wait and have some faith and patience. Sure enough after two month I got a call for one of their top salesman, Kevin. He came with and offer I could not refuse. He not only found me a better car which was the ML 400 but I got one of the best deals to date on it. You guys are awesome, highly recommended.

Bought 2 cars from them both cars was basically horrible. Went back within 30 days for repairs after getting the run around my car was never repaired correctly. Don’t go to Johns he should be closed down.

I sold my car to John’s and was impressed by how quick and easy the whole process was! Paul was really helpful in making sure I understood the steps to take to cancel my plates with the RMV and he made copies of everything I might need before I left. They were fair, friendly, and cut me a check on the spot! Definitely recommend.

Please ignore all 5 star reviews. I used to work on the team in the basement of John’s auto that was tasked with writing 5 star reviews with different google accounts. We were taught to scam customers and ignore them once we have completed a sale.

I had a very positive experience buying a car from John’s. From my first contact with Kevin, he provided me with expert information about the vehicle and guided me through all aspects of the car’s capabilities and features. After a test drive a message appeared stating that a function of the car needed attention. Kevin immediately saw this was something only a dealer could resolve and reached out to a local dealer for an appointment the same day and put be in touch with the service manager. The issue was satisfactorily resolved quickly and I learned a lot about maintaining my new vehicle. Kevin definitely went above and beyond to assure I was confident about purchasing this car.

A dangerous place run by people who believe they are above the law. One employee blatantly pulled U turn in front of me only to park in the bike lane. He told me that because he was signalling, he didn't have to yield. Would you want to buy a car from somebody who doesn't even know how to drive one?
