Awful. They have no phone number, and their web site doesn't work.I went through all of the inputs for my License, Plate #, VIN, Insurance policy number, and a bunch of other details that they wanted, and they say "Can't verify with your insurance company, Geico".My insurance is fine, never missed a payment, so now you have to start with their online "chat" with someone who doesn't speak English.I have wasted 45 minute on this now. They finally tell me "they don't work automatically with GEICO". Really??I broke a windshield 15 or 20 years ago, and it was much easier than this.Oh, and they claim to have "mobile" fixes, where they come to you, but they literally have no appointments available at all, and that's for at least 2 weeks into the future.

4 appointments, broken website, smashed incoming glass, broken rear view mirror holder. 2.5 weeks later they finally replaced the windshield but I am not noticing the quality of the windshield is very poor. It looks wavy and distorts the road. Go somewhere else. Only good thing is how easy it is to get in and trapped into their system with their insurance provider integration. Honestly seems like a big corporation.

Safelite effectively disabled my cruise control & caused forward collision warnings to go off in my vehicle when they replaced my windshield. It's been a comedy of errors since. There's been three seperate technicians who have come out to fix this and no one is "certified" to repair this or knows why they are being sent out. If I could give less than 1 star I would.Service: Auto windshield repair

I've had my car windshield replaced twice at Safelite in the last three years, once at their Webster Ave location, and once while parked at work. The work done on site seemed fine but cracked along the seam vertically after 15 months. The second repair was a remote job this past summer and the job was either rushed or the tech was inexperienced as there was a three-four inch seam that was not properly sealed. There was no leak, so I decided against bringing it in again. Yesterday a horizontal crack all along the entire lower windshield appeared. I won't be going back to Safelite.

I had my windshield replaced here over a year ago after my insurance recommended them to me. I'm STILL finding little pieces of glass in my speakers, above my steering wheel, and in the corners of my dashboard. Additionally, after they replaced my windshield my speakers were full of water and when I brought it back they said everything was fine. Water was literally streaming from my speakers when I braked! Do not let Geico bully you into going here, go to your own mechanic.

JUST A NIGHTMARE! Tech broke the new windshield, discarded the cowl gasket and push-pins, re-attached security camera wrong, did not tuck away wires. Did not call me the next business day about new install. I had to re-schedule with another shop. NEVER AGAIN!

Broke my rear window pistons, waited 6 weeks to call me back about it. Made zero effort to clean out the old glass. But other than that window looks nice.

Just don't go here. You're probably better off going anywhere else, maybe try Safelite or something, but I would avoid this place like the plague. I've been here twice and it's been awful both times. There wasn't anything terribly complicated about the job, just needed a windshield replaced, but somehow they didn't clean anything up either time. To remove a windshield, they basically crack your glass (which is fine if that's the fastest or easiest way to do it), but they don't clean up the mess afterwards. Both times, the tech's left glass in my trunk, which I was finding months later. The second time, I even asked to have them open the trunk and the tech and I both looked and saw it was a mess of broken glass. He just kind of awkwardly looked at me and didn't do anything until I was like, "hey so...can you guys clean this up", but if I hadn't said anything he clearly wouldn't have moved. He also did the bare minimum of vacuuming the carpeted part of the trunk, but there were so many other places (such as where the electrical is routed) where broken glass was.
