The Gentle Giant team was AMAZING! They did the job in half the time I expected, highly professionally, with great attitudes. They approach the move "smartly" -- engineering the move rather than just throwing muscle at it. We will definitely hire them again!

Great experience with our Gentle Giant movers! We recently hired them for a cross-town. Jason was able to book a fairly last-minute job (even letting me know which days were cheaper!) and Andrea the move coordinator provided excellent, clear communication as to what we could expect. Gentle Giant handled obtaining and posting the moving truck parking permits as part of the overall cost.
I can’t say enough about the movers! The team of 3 (foreman Chris plus two additional movers) were on time, efficient, polite and friendly, and well-versed in the pains of navigating Somerville parking and old, awkward home layouts. They took away the stress (and literal pains) of moving, which is priceless.
This was money very well spent, and I’d hire Gentle Giant again in a heartbeat.

An excellent experience yesterday with a second-stage "clean up" move involving various items going to and from multiple locations. Rokas ("Rocky") and Adrian were very efficient, careful and a pleasure to work with. Everything got done within the time and cost parameter that Gentle Giant had estimated in advance. Very pleased with the entire experience.

The Gentle Giant team made the move much less stressful! Booking a time was easy, and the moving team was so very friendly and professional. Ryan and Valerii handled the furniture and items carefully, and were excellent in figuring out how to get an oversized sofa through the doorway. I have used Gentle Giant several times and I wouldn't consider using anyone else to move.

These folks are the best. Fast, careful, safe, and polite the whole time regardless how hot or cold it is outside. We have had them move our stuff 4 times now. Always comes in undamaged, and under budget.

The movers came and took everything from our apartment super quickly and very efficiently moved it into the new place. We had an issue with a couch being too large to get through a certain doorway and they went the extra mile to try a bunch of different approaches to get the couch into the basement, including trying to go all the way around the apartment building to the back. Loved the effort and the crew!

Chuck, Anthony, Raph, Reid, and Jarron did a fantastic job - they were great to work with and super upbeat (even on a very hot and humid summer day), and they moved all of our stuff carefully and efficiently. We would definitely recommend working with Gentle Giant for any future moves.
