Unfortunately we didn't have a good experience with Gênesis, in addition to sending a tax to pay more than $25 thousand dollars to the federal government, they charge for everything, if you need your copy of the tax by email, they charge. After this one, we had to pay another $25,000, we switched to another one, declaring more or less the same amount and paid much less.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. This company are just money stealers! DO NOT WORK WITH THEM! They are late on their payments and filings for your company. And, after months of trying to be in touch with our account manager and her never responding to phone calls, being available for phone calls or responding to emails we decided to terminate services with them at which point they threatened to not file our tax return for the year if we end the service before the year contract was over, EVEN THOUGH we were wiling to pay the exit fees they charge in their contract, this is called extortion. The lady offered that if we kept going with their service until the contract was over, she would give us a small discount and basically said we had no choice but to keep using their service if we wanted our tax return from the PREVIOUS year filed. This company is outrageous. They are rude, they are completely disorganized and will not take care of your company. To show their character even better, their response to my review below is exemplarily. Instead of taking any responsibility for their failure in providing good service to their clients, they resort to attempts to make the client look bad by citing bank change issues that caused delays in our payment to them a couple times, again even though they have been fully paid. As well they allege we owe them money even though we terminated services in October 2022 and after I emailed them 2 weeks ago to ask what the hell they are talking about, I received , no surprise, yet again, NO RESPONSE.

I have been doing my income tax with Genesis Tax House since 2005 and never had any problems. Morgana is an excellent professional, she explains everything in detail and is always available to help. Never had any problems. Their professionalism is excellent, and so is the quality of the job delivered.I strongly recommend it !!!

They always communicate their actions clearly and are quick to get your taxes done as fast as possible. I highly recommend them.

We went through Morgana, and asked her to split what we owed through the IRS in 4 payments as it is an option and agreed to it. She ended up filing for us to pay everything at once and having us pay for next year as well in one payment needless to say ALOT of money came out of our account unexpectedly and cannot be reversed . Great job Genesis Tax House. Instead of an apology and a solution, she said “it was just miscommunication and too many clients”After I made it clear we could not have thousands of dollars taken out at once just for the tax we owed “this year”* a payment for next year was added as well as this years tax.Its not miscommunication its lack of attention to detail and if too many clients decrease them .
