Customer service is non-existent. I needed to over-night a letter and had a simple question. Could not get through to a live person or get any help at all. Absolutely abysmal.

The service is very bad, they do not have envelopes or anything, such an inappropriate service that Fedex has that service if it is not complete for what the client needs it for.
