And his fees are more than reasonable. Our latest visit was to diagnose why the first gaming computer my son built wouldn't fire up, and Gagan quickly identified the issues, explained them to my son, fixed them, and did some additional cable management that made the build more pleasing aesthetically. And he charged very little for his time and expertise. We hope not to have to come back -- who wants a computer that needs repair -- but feel lucky to have a place in which we have such confidence.”

“I couldn't agree more with other reviewers. I have an Epson all in one that stopped printing black awhile ago. I have another printer that does print black so just used it. I tried to solve the problem myself to no avail. Called around to find some place to fix it and was referred to Collins Office Systems. I happen to live in Arlington and drive by Collins all the time but never thought to go in. Well I'm SO happy I did. As others said, Meti the owner and master repairer is responsive, friendly and a magician for sure. I had the printer back and good as new 1.5 business days after dropping it. The price for the repair was extremely reasonable and the advice about how to avoid this problem in the future was helpful as well. This place is great!!! You can't go wrong by bringing your business here!”

My TV suddenly stopped powering on, I tried all the troubleshooting possible and nothing worked.Tony took the a look at the hardware and quickly recognized the motherboard not functioning. “Our office purchased a Sony radio in 1985. Over the years it served us well for almost 40 years but, like all of us it started to age. Harder to find stations disappeared, static on some and sometimes just shutting itself off. Looking around nothing stood up to the Sony that seemed well built. We looked into West Suburban...which was slightly scary at first glance. In discussing the problems and the brand with Boris, he reassured us about the reliability of the brand and perhaps simplicity of the repair, gave us an idea of price and timing. Within a week he called explained the work had been simple - switches and cleaning, the cost reasonable. Once back in the office it's working just like 1986. We have another we'll be sending over shortly.”
