How are they not seeing these reviews and flipping this store on its head firing and hiring top to bottom. Hint start top and pharmacy. Rude people here folks. Zero stars but we all no how reviews work.

I'd give zero stars if I could.So I called to see about vaccines for my 17 yr old son. Went through automated system which said I could speak to an agent to make an appt. After 20 minutes a rude female in the pharmacy said no they don't make appts, he could just walk in...Then I asked about giving permission, since ha is a minor because the recording also said I could give permission and not have to go with him. She said she didn't think I needed to come, but checked with someone else and they said I had to come, that there was no procedure to give permission.When I pointed out that everything she told me was contradictory to the information on the recorded line, she just ignored me and asked if she could do anything else to help, and hung up on me as I started to speak again.I always had a poor opinion of cvs from years prior but this takes the cake.If you have to use cvs go to the one at target, they are reasonable and polite.

Absolute joke. Called to see if a script was ready. 15 minutes of stupid robot menu later, there’s no one to talk to and can only get voicemail

Staff takes forever just to move order from shelf to counter. Their system is very dysfunctional and product is often missing from the shelf. Wait times of 10-15 minutes per customer are common. On top of this their computer systems are often “down” and the staff is always complaining how slow their computers are. As with other CVS locations their payment system is buggy, often credit card has to be entered twice, and it’s been like this for 5-10 years or longer!!

CVS Pharmacy is the worst pharmacy I have ever worked with. The pharmacists are clearly overworked and are incredibly short and impatient about answering basic questions. I have a prescription that is not covered by insurance at the moment but that I need so I pay out of pocket for. Every time I go in, there is some kind system glitch that means I have to go up to the counter several times and/or get my doctor to send them a new script. Every. Single. Time. I don’t know if their system keeps changing or they just don’t know how to operate it. CVS is the worst.

Called requesting some details about the Covid Vaccine and the representative on the phone was incredibly helpful, patient, and friendly.

I went in to pick up my meds, I asked the tech exactly what one was for bc I didn't recognise the name, her name is NIKKI, she was not friendly, does not smile, very rude, she gave the wrong info, I paid and when I got home, I checked and it was a medication I don't take anymore, I called and was very upset, she wouldn't hear it and hung up on me twice! I spoke with 2 managers and hope she never treats anyone like that again! I paid over $60 dls and ended up throwing away. Really sad someone like that works at CVS

I went into CVS for a few things that fit into a carry basket. When I got to checkout, this woman (can I say black) told me to do self checkout, which I hate, cause 1 was open. Then a lady came with a carriage full of items and she took her. Needless to say I was livid. I asked her name and she wouldn't tell me. The lady with alot of items said it was Mary, which I know was a lie. It was 7pm on Wednesday, 9/23.
