Pharmacy is so slow. Literally gave me the wrong persons prescription and I didn’t realize until I got home and then they took forever to fix it.

The staff in the retail store and the pharmacy were friendly and eager to help me, The lines were much shorter than a few months ago, I have limited vision and they were willing to help me find what I need and made good suggestions, The pharmacy expedited my proscription renewal. They got my meds ready for pickup before I ran out, Davis Square is by far the best CVS location I have used

Prepare to wait in like for up to half an hour to pick up any prescriptions and do not even dream of getting ahold of anyone over the phone.

DON’T COME HERE. If you have other options for a different pharmacy, please look somewhere else. This is the most unresponsive pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve been listening to annoying music for the past 30 minutes and haven’t spoken to anyone. They also haven’t filled any of my prescriptions and somehow most of them got magically lost in their system even though my provider filed them twice.

Incompetent across the board. But you could pretty much tell that instantly by watching this operation and staff members in action. Strongly recommend going elsewhere if you have the option at all.

On hold for 30-60 min on two separate days and still can't speak to a live person at the pharmacy to answer my question.I went through electronic prompts first to try to get my answer without success. I even downloaded the app, which also was not useful.I assume that staff is so unresponsive - because of overwork and not enough help. Please get more help to this branch. I'm sure I'm not the only customer that wants to give up on CVS completely after this type of experience.

This is the worst CVS I've ever been to. Go to literally any other CVS in the area. There is no bathroom, the checkout scene is a mess, and somehow despite this there is always a long line at the pharmacy.Any time I have the misfortune to try to fill a prescription with them, I get no communication and they often ignore it for days or weeks at a time. It takes half an hour to get someone on the phone and when they do answer they are extremely unhelpful. Do not go here.

Avoid this CVS if you can. Terrible experience, the waiting time is very long, they are very rude, they will never answer the phone and if they answer they won't help with anything. Go to any other pharmacy and avoid this one.

The wait time is ALWAYS way too long at this incredibly busy pharmacy. There is usually only one clerk at the pickup counter. They are obviously making tons of money here. Why can't they hire enough help? I'm sure they track the times they are busy. And I come here in the middle of the day during the weekday. Always busy. DO SOMETHING, CVS!!

The pharmacy does not answer the phone. I have called numerous times and waited 20 plus minutes each time with no answer. Horrible!! It's a pharmacy!!! Stay away from this poorly managed CVS.

Please check your meds when you pick up your Rx. They filled up the wrong dose and I'm almost sure their phone line is disconnected. They NEVER answer the phone no matter when you call and how long you wait. I've waited 20 mins on some days, 30 mins on others. Nothing. Never going back here. They need to hire people who want to do their job.
