Ran into trouble w/ turbo tax in a complicated year, called John based on the great reviews here, and now I'll add another great review. He did our taxes promptly, he explained the various situations to me, and took the time to thoroughly answer my questions. He never acted rushed with me though it's obvious he and the team are super busy and working long days every single day right now. Highly recommended.
