Corey represented a buyer for a private sale of my property. As a seller working directly with the buyer's rep (I represented myself in the sale) Corey was great to deal with and facilitated a very smooth and stress free process. I've bought and sold numerous properties and Corey has a very personable, professional and very responsive approach who knows the real estate business well. Definitely recommend Corey as a realtor and if I was in the market and needed representation, I would certainly work with Corey again!

Corey was great choice to work with. He is super knowledgeable about the Boston neighborhoods and is very detail oriented. When I first started the home buying process, I was pretty nervous. It was my first time purchasing a home. I was about to make the most significant financial decision of my life (to this point) and I honestly had no idea where to start. Corey was recommended to me by a friend, so I reached out to him and set up an initial consultation.In our initial meeting Corey pitched himself as a "concierge service". I recall him saying his job was to do all the heavy lifting, and I would basically just have to make a few decisions along the way. "You're buying a HOUSE! This should be a fun process" he said.In truth, I was skeptical. I'd heard horror stories from friends of agents who were non-responsive, lacked knowledge, and applied pressure. Not to mention I'd literally never heard of someone having a "good" personal mortgage experience (and how involved could a realtor even be in that process?).But throughout the process, Corey delivered 100% on his promise of a concierge service. He was easy to work with, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable. Any time a third party needed to be engaged (lender, attorney, inspector, etc.), Corey provided multiple recommendations, including his endorsement of each recommendation, and links to reviews. He was also more than willing to work with anyone I selected whom he hadn't recommended.All third parties recommended by Corey were as terrific as he was, making the home buying experience seamless. Even my mortgage experience (which I was most concerned about) was amazing! Corey recommended a great lender who provided a competitive rate and excellent service (shout out to Matt Attaya at Residential Mortgage Services). Corey was always in the background making sure everything went as scheduled, and any potential issues were addressed early.Overall, I cannot recommend Corey McIntire enough for your home buying needs. At no time did I feel pressured, and I always felt I had someone in my corner vying for my best interests. Corey was responsive, professional, and made my experience great! I look forward to working with Corey again the next time I buy a home.

I would not have been able to buy my home if it wasn't for Corey. Corey was instrumental in the purchase of my home. As a first time home buyer buying from an unrepresented seller, I would not have been able to organize or keep things moving on the timetable that the Boston market demands. Inside of that timetable, Corey was able to explain to me all the next steps as I need to do them and was able to make room and time for me if there was something a complication. Corey was able to leverage his network, get in front of potential issues and established a relationship with the seller that made everything simple for me. I knew that if an issue popped up it would be handled in a thought out, empathetic manner that would promote the continuation of the deal and reflect well on me. Corey did such a good job in navigating the deal that the seller actually said that if they were to consider using an agent in the future, it would be Corey. Without Corey, I couldn't have been able to take advantage of the opportunity to purchase a piece of Somerville history right in one of the most popular squares. I look forward to doing more business with him.

Corey recently helped us purchase our first home, and I can not recommend him more highly! Not only were we first time home buyers, but we were buying a home in Boston while living in California. Corey went above and beyond for us, and was always available to answer our questions (even at late hours of the night, thanks to the 3 hour time difference). He took incredibly detailed videos of many homes for us so we could have an accurate idea of the home remotely, which gave us so much peace of mind. I have heard from so many people how stressful buying a home can be, but thanks to Corey, that was not our experience at all. I would absolutely recommend Corey to anyone looking to purchase a home!

Corey is rock star realtor. He helped my wife and me buy our first home and was with us every step of the way. We were looking for something that was highly competitive--an affordable single-family home that was close to a T station--and took over 6 months to find. We went to dozens of open houses with Corey, put in about 8 offers on various places, and finally got our house after a complex and 'surprise-ridden' closing process. Without Corey's expertise and diligence, we might not have actually been able to close on our new home. In addition to Corey's support and guidance throughout the buying process, Corey supported us after our closing too. He helped us set up our accounts with the utility company, gave us information about the trash and recycling, and helped us connect with the town about replacing a lead water pipe in the house. Not only is Corey a great realtor, he's a great human. If you're buying in the Boston area you're going to spend a lot of time with you realtor. It goes a long way to have someone you genuinely enjoy spending time with during the process.

Corey recently helped me purchase my first home and I'm so glad I chose to work with him. As a first time buyer I had a TON of questions about the whole process. Corey walked me through each thing that would happen from start to finish and helped me narrow down exactly what I was looking for. He was super knowledgeable about the neighborhoods and great at researching each property before we looked at it. He also was helpful during open houses and pointed out things I should look out for during the process. He helped me thoughtfully craft an offer and when my offer was accepted on the perfect place he made the rest of the process (which can be overwhelming) as smooth as possible! He was educated about each thing that needed to be done and when it needed to be done by. He also checked in regularly to ensure I didn't have any questions, and to see if there was anything I needed from him. I would highly recommend working with Corey and really can say he made a crazy process as stress-free as it can be!

Corey recently helped us buy our first home outside Boston and we had a great time working with him. After my coworker recommended him to me, he scheduled a Zoom consultation with us in early April (due to Covid-19) where he walked us through the home-buying process. He answered all of our questions, gave us rough timelines of how long everything could take and was upfront about how much money we would need at various points (which was a worry of ours) and reassured us that everyone in the process was invested in our success. After the initial consultation, he scheduled and attended open houses with us and provided well-researched info on all the towns we were looking in (commuter rail access, school systems, flood zones, etc.) He was patient with us through all the stress (spending that much money is stressful!) and we were able to get an offer accepted by early May and closed in mid-June! We couldn't be happier in our new home, and with the experience we had working with Corey. We would absolutely recommend working with Corey to buy a house.

Corey was a fantastic choice to work with when buying our home! We were first time home buyers with a million questions and little knowledge of what it took to buy a home. Corey sat down with us and walked us through the entire process, and made everything easy to digest and understand. He walked us through everything to look out for in properties during open houses, had great knowledge of the local neighborhoods and the market, and was very honest with us throughout. When we eventually found our dream home, he was a great partner in helping us get a winning offer in, and worked with us to navigate through the complexities caused by COVID-19. He went above and beyond in helping us plan out all of the things we'd need to set up our new home, all the way down to comparing local chimney sweeps and other vendors for us to work with. In all, we were SO happy to work with Corey and would highly recommend him to help you through this crazy process!

Corey was absolutely amazing from start to finish. We knew we were ready to buy a home but was not really familiar with the process. Corey sat down with us and went over the full process from getting pre approved, all the way to closing. He listened to what we wanted and found us amazing options in our budget. He was available whenever we wanted to schedule a viewing or go to an open house. His experience and knowledge were helpful when looking at homes, pointing out potential issues with homes or aspects that are rare to find. With his advice and guidance we were able to get an amazing home in a very competitive market. Once our offer was accepted Corey was on top of everything for us. He scheduled the inspection, kept in constant contact with the lawyers, bank, and sellers agent and was able to keep us on track to close in 3 weeks. The whole experience was stress free, enjoyable, and easy. Would highly recommend using Corey!
