Joined the loyalty program and got a further discount, it was already cheap and reasonably priced so was thrilling to get it discounted further, fully stocked and they have all the sizes, was there in the summer so naturally not a busy place

My fav sports clothes are in Columbia! In the factory store you can find great deals and the staff is super nice. The staff help me with any query and recommend me interesting options!

I am a regular at this store and generally like the deals and clothing they sell. However, last week I bought a jacket, and the cashier forgot to remove the ink security tag. I only realized this when I got home since the item didn't beep as I left the store. I called customer service and the store for potential solutions. I live an hour away and do not own a car, so I would have to take an Uber to the store and back home to get the tag removed. After talking to both customer service and the local store at Assembly Row, all they said was that I had to come back to the store to get it removed. I asked if they could cover the transport fees, at least in store credit, as the trip would cost me time and money for something that wasn't my fault, but they weren't onboard with that.

Good Store. It´s no big. There are a lot of good products and excellent prices, but I didn´t like the service from store employees. I think that it was a only case and now it´s ok again.
