I have been going here for many years (6-7) and have always had a great experience in terms of cleanliness and machine availability. I have noticed that they increase their prices almost every time I go or the amount charged to my card is more than the machine was saying by a couple cents, but I never cared too much because I enjoyed the convenience and experience of this place in general. The last couple times I have loaded more onto my card than I needed because I knew that I would want to use it for future uses. The last couple times I have done this my card has read zero dollars when I would try and pay for a wash or add money. I thought this was odd the first time and thought maybe it was just a myself forgetting to load it last time. However, I did see this trend repeat for the last two times I have been to this laundromat. I feel as though the money on my card keeps disappearing. Additionally, over the last couple years, the machines in this laundromat are often broken and as of recently entire machines have been removed in general, making space more limited. In addition to the difference in posted cost and amount charged to my card, I have found it difficult to want to keep going to this laundromat due to the changes and inconsistencies listed above. I have noticed an undeniable decrease in quality over the last couple years and I am looking to go to a new laundromat the next time I do decide to do laundry primarily due to my money disappearing on my card.

THEY OPEN AT 6am but no one is there to HELP YOU!! No one is there to issue laundromat cards for new customers, no one is there to issue change, no one is there until 9AM, like wth? Plus they open the laundromat at 6am, but never unlock the bathroom door so customers could use the restroom while waiting for their laundry to get done washing or drying, does that make sense???? It doesn’t!!! Also, they charge $3 for a $1 detergent that you literally get Nextdoor at dollar tree for $1.33, which is literally capitalism at its best, that’s shady!! I also heard that they pay their employees so low, like barely even minimum wage, and apparently that’s why their laundromat employee Maria had to find a new job. I only use this place because it’s conveniently next to my house but I may not come here after this. GOOD DAY!

My go to laundromat, they have a card which you can refill (only with cash), machines of all sizes, and a small parking lot.

Been there twice, done laundry zero times. Guess I’m leaving laundromat reviews now. Don’t waste your time and go to a different one; they don’t take debit/credit but you can only pay for the laundry card with $1 bills lol. Unless you’re in a profession where you carry at least 20 $1s on you go somewhere else and save your time. That’s it, I’ve peaked in life.- There are no clear instructions, and the customer service window can’t help you. They won’t have $1 bills either (I asked)

Great choice. Lots of machines - choice of small and big machines. Buy a card for a dollar, load with money and use. Average time for small wash is 26+ 10 mins

Clean place. Newer, good looking machines. $1 to get a card to use in the machines. $13.49 for jumbo washer, $10.49 to wash for big washing machine, 7.99 for medium washers, and $5.49 for small (regular) sized washers. $.49 or $.64 per 10 minutes to dry (size of dryer). Nice place, has a parking lot. Plenty of outlets inside to charge devices while waiting for laundry to be done. Has chairs. And it has a bathroom!!!

I’ve been coming to this laundromat since 2016 and it’s a clean place but the machines are getting worse and worse. I spent $90 there 2 weeks ago $90 not $40 or $50 but $90 on the same clothes I wear and same blankets and comforters I’ve had for years. My thought was maybe I just had bad luck picking the washers and the dryers. The washers did not rinse out the water so my clothes were soaking wet I could wring them out with hands full of water and the dryers took 1 hour and 20 mins to dry them and some still were not dried ?. I was very very upset because It’s never been that bad and when my daughter and I went to wash our hands off at the bathroom sink the man stood at the door as if we were going to use the toilet there when I would never use their toilet since I live not too far.. anyways they lost a loyal customer. I WILL miss the little older Vietnamese lady she was very very very kind, polite, friendly and you can talk with her she never ever had an attitude! I will find another laundromat that takes into consideration that this is hard times for everyone but the owners will never turn the heat down on their dryers or turn the spin cycle down on the washers to make a better profit off their customers lack of knowledge.. I wish your business all the best I will not return after this Sunday. ?

I'd leave a higher review if it weren't for the fact that there are other, better laundromats near by. Its card opt only, which cost a dollar, but it's cash only and the atm is broken. The man working there is impossible to understand and extremely difficult to communicate with. I decided I wouldn't go back, but the money I put on my card is gone. He either didn't want to refund me or didn't even understand what I was requesting. There's a laundromat a short walk away and it's slightly more expensive but soooo much better.

Went out of our way to come to this laundromat based on the reviews. It was a great choice. The facility is very clean and has a lot of machines and ample parking. The manager working at the time (gentleman from Vietnam) was extremely helpful in explaining how to get the laundry card and refunded the unused balance to us at the end of our visit. Highly recommend this place!

I came to pick up my load at 9:54 pm because it was a small amount of clothes and you guys had already closed lights off and locked doors!!! The closing time is 10 why are you closed at 9:55? Isn't that against the law? I needed my clothes and came back on time I need answers.... Absolutely horrible.

The staff misinformed me about the cost of fluff and fold and blamed Covid for the cost, when an employee had told me the cost a few days prior and urged me to bring my clothes and then doubled the price. The washers are decent but the driers are trash they don't dry.

Can't answer the phone; mailbox full. Looking for a MODERN laundromat whose machines take credit cards. Silly me, not wanting to handle dozens of dirty quarters during a pandemic! The world has changed. UPDATE or go out of business!
