This branch and its manger on duty are particularly useless and incompetent. Despite being a private client they are completely unwilling to problem solve. Our bank was unfortunately bought by Chase and during the transition they have lost accounts, not sent debit cards and just generally left us unable to bank and run a business on multiple occasions. Though some within the organization are knowledgeable, I’d recommend going elsewhere.

Disappointing and Frustrating Experience with Chase Bank
I am incredibly frustrated with Chase Bank after an appalling experience that has lasted nearly three years. My ex-husband managed to log into my account, add his phone number, and use my credit card without my permission. In a desperate attempt to resolve this issue, I visited my local Chase branch multiple times seeking assistance.
Initially, the branch manager discovered that someone else was indeed logged into my account. However, the support I received from Chase after that was shockingly inadequate and misleading. I was told that I needed to go to the police station to get an IP address, only to be informed by the police that it was Chase’s responsibility to provide that information. When I returned to the bank with this information, I was told that my attorney needed to contact their legal department to obtain the details.
After my attorney spent TWO HOURS on the phone with Chase representative, they informed us that I need to visit the bank in person to get the necessary information. Despite all these efforts, I have not been able to get the crucial information needed to charge the person who breached my account.
This bank’s mishandling of this serious issue has not only resulted in a considerable financial burden due to legal fees but has also wasted an immense amount of my time. Chase Bank’s failure to address this security breach properly has allowed a criminal to go unpunished. I am deeply disappointed and regret the time and money spent trying to resolve this matter through Chase. They told me their system is very easy to breach if someone knows your name and SS....Customers have to pay attention!!!

Rithika and Livjo were extremely helpful in getting my bank account opened at this Chase location. I was moving states right after and all appropriate documentation was done swiftly and smoothly. Livjo still checks in to make sure everything is going as required even though I’m in another state. So happy with their service and grateful I could bank at this location!!

The branch manager was really rude and disrespectful with me because she failed to tell me something about my account and sadly i will have to close all accounts i e been a customer for 10 years so sad wish they can do better

Customer for over 10 years when something happens with the bank and I come to get it resolved (Rashiki) the branch manger can’t even talk to me saying that it was all my fault and left me in the hole after everything I’ve done even returning money that they gave me extra is crazy closed my account and now on to another bank hopefully everyone else as well

Went here to open a bank account for my wife, came back to this location twice over two days, had to take time off from work to get this done. We did not get this done, on both occasions we were not correctly informed of the documentation needed to open the account. I don't expect the third time to be any smoother and will be considering other banks.

I am very disappointed with Chase at this branch as they couldn't guide me with my total checking account and even after bringing my documents 2 times to the branch and giving them what they need! Finally they closed my checking account! This is ridiculous!
