Leaving 1 star in hopes management does something to help this store soon. Nothing wrong with the staff, they're trying the best they can. This store needs help bad. New merchandise barely hits the floor. Clothes and shoes are scattered all over the place. Almost every time I've gone in the past few months, and I go here pretty often, the line wraps into the shoe section (20-30 minute wait minimum). Sometimes the line is even worse and goes all the way into the home section. I want to give this place my business, but with the lack of new items and long lines it's almost always a waste of time for me to come down here. This location has a lot of potential, but it needs to be properly staffed.

The Burlington store in question is currently experiencing significant operational challenges. There are extensive queues, disarrayed merchandise, and numerous instances of opened products and damaged furniture. Patrons are observed engaging in inappropriate behavior, such as bringing external food and consuming it within the store premises. Additionally, there are coats strewn across the floor, and the men's underwear section is in a state of disarray, with many boxes left open. The children of patrons are causing disruptions, while employees and management appear to be neglecting their responsibilities in addressing these issues.

This location needs major help, the store is pure chaos, seems like they have a small staff that just can’t keep up to the pace bc the racks are on the floor, the merchandise is thrown everywhere that you don’t even know where to look and if you get lucky n have the patience to shop thru the mess to find a gem the next dilemma is the lines are like Christmas lines everyday of the week- at least a 30 min check out bc 2 cashier are open. Plus I see other reviews all with the same complaints about the only 2 cashiers open and long wait times posted a year ago or longer, you can’t reply saying you’re going to do better as a company and a year later have no improvements, the customers deserve better service….
TJ Maxx next door is just as busy but the store is still together to enjoy shopping, I’d suggest going there to enjoy your day….

This location is always packed with shoppers. Be prepared to wait in an extremely large line to checkout.

Apparently this store just closes whenever they want. Supposed to close at 10pm and they turned me and other customers away and locked the door at 9:10pm.

The personnel are too slow, they need some training!!! only 4 cashiers working for 100+ people, waited in the line for an hour!!!

I had a 2 month old return with a receipt when I got to the register, I was informed that I would not get my full return. I understood that I was getting a gift card, but I didn't understand why I didn't get the full price
I've never had that happen at any other store
So I will not be shopping there again. Anyway, the store is never neat and never has enough cashiers

I wait more than 40 minutes to pay Only 3 cashier's. People were complaining about the situation and the manager just said is nothing I can do..! ????
