We are delighted to share our heartfelt appreciation for BHTS, where Our son( Aryo) is currently enrolled. Witnessing his immense happiness has been a true joy for our family. BHTS stands out remarkably from other centers I've encountered. The director( Elizabeth) and her staff are not only incredibly knowledgeable but also exude a genuine friendliness that creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere.I must highlight the exceptional contribution of my son's teacher, Sujana, her knowledge, support, and helpful nature have significantly contributed to my son's positive experience.Sujana is undoubtedly the best teacher we could have hoped for.I highly recommend this daycare for all parents who want to have a happy kids!

We have our 2nd child there now and so have been attending for 5 years with a small gap (during which we kept tabs in our network)Things I like the most about this center:Consistent quality, low turnover of staff/management, same management as in 2018 when we started. Still managed mostly like it was when it was a Tufts preschool.High quality sensible caring management and staff, little drama. We never have to worry about our child.Amazing facility, dedicated on site playground, they don't have to cross streets to get there. Amazing classrooms, bathrooms with kid sized toilets attached to each of the 4 classrooms, great playstations/"choices", sandbox in youngest classroom, fun lofts in older classrooms, great toys.Food provided and served family style to kids, we don't have to pack a lunch as part of morning routine.Convenient Teele Square location, by car easy drop off in the plentiful parking lot, by bus on bus lines on Holland and Broadway, and our most common way by cargo bike by current historical standards the bike infra on Holland/Broadway is decent.Instant friends-great community, we have playdates and also big group get togethers outside of school.Unlike coops there are no duties-we do enough volunteer work, we really don't want to be on any more committees in our life if we don't have to be, we like that management runs things and we have confidence in them (there are regular meetings where parents can give feedback). The curriculum and learning always makes sense, I mean I am mostly interested in learning people skills through play so I don't pay close attention but they also learn other knowledge.

Our family LOVES Bright Horizons Teele Square! We were wary of the quality of experience at a corporate daycare and were enrolled at a local coop daycare before the pandemic. When searching for a new daycare in 2022 we were thrilled to discover BHTS. The curriculum is superior, the staff is caring, attentive and communicative, the classrooms are light filled and have a diversity of spaces within, and we love that the kids spend lots of time outside on the center's private playground. We couldn't have asked for more!

We have been so happy with our children at BHTS for the past 4 years. We adore the excellent teachers (with very minimal turnover), attention to social emotional development, play based curriculum, bright and cheerful indoor spaces with big windows, attached playground, and so much more! Even during the pandemic they have been solid and strong, making us feel safe and confident leaving our precious one there! :-)

Our son was there in 2017. It was amazing experience for him. The whole team is caring and professional. They give our kids a peaceful and welcoming environment where they can thrive. Loved it and highly recommend!

Worst experience ever. My kid didn’t learn anything from this school. We’ve had very good experience with other Bright Horizon location. Never thought this one could be such a disappointment. It’s just a place to look after your kids but nothing educational.

Currently, our son is enrolled there for about 2 years. We LOVE them! This specific Bright Horizons has an amazing partnership with Tufts University’s “Jumbo Friends” school of education students. Our son gets one-on-one attention from these students in addition to his teachers! This center is open all year round, great for full-time working parents. They provide snacks and lunch. They go outside every day and enjoy Tufts Uni. campus events as well. This BH has its own fenced playground and is also very close to at least 2 more big public playgrounds. They do field trips to the post office, fire station, library! Their teachers are lovely, flexible, creative, well-educated. They all have at least a Bachelor’s degree or a Master’s in early childhood education. Our son thrives there!

Our son has been going to BHTS for about 2 months. We were a bit nervous about the transition because of the pandemic and since this was his first time in group care. The director and the teachers handled this really well, and he was able to adjust very quickly. He loves going to BHTS, and we love hearing about the creative activities he gets to do each day. With all of the pandemic craziness we really feel that the center is putting the welfare of the children first, and continuing to provide a warm and nurturing environment for them.

We've been at Teele Square for over a year now. This center is really spectacular and quite a bit different than the other daycares you'll find in the area. The administrators and teachers are amazing, and you can tell from the moment you enter that they actually care for the kids, rather than just the bottom line. The on site playground provides a level of comfort that walking across a busy street holding on to a line (no matter how good the teachers are) can't beat. And it feels like an early school, where they have a plan to actually teach things, rather than just a place to kill time while parents work. All in all, we highly recommend this center.

This center is excellent in so many ways. It's explicitly not a daycare, it's run more like an actual school with a focus on learning through exploration and play. The kids go outside almost every day (often even in rain/snow) and play on their own fenced in playground. Even when inside the rooms are large and filled with light through a literal wall of windows. All food, snacks and lunches(!) are included in tuition and the kids eat family-style, encouraging sharing and conversation. Teachers and administrative staff are quick to respond to any questions or concerns, and even better are happy to deal with a disgruntled child who claims they don't want to go to school today (and they'll send an email 15 minutes later with a picture of your formerly disgruntled child having a great day at school). We've looked at a lot of centers in the area and this one is by far the best one we've found. Our daughter has excelled here and we cannot wait for our son to be old enough (2 Years & 9 Months) to start him here as well!

We love Bright Horizons at Teele Sq! Our daughter has been there for 2 years. Wonderful staff. Respectful environment focused on emotional growth and children's individual creativity. Strong ties to Tufts University that include a program that pairs Tufts students with BHTS children for the year - my daughter adored her Tufts friends! Regular performances and visits from Tufts students (e.g. singing groups, theatre groups, and environmental protection experts). Also a wonderful community for families.

While we have only been at BHTS for a few months, our whole family loves it! We switched our son from another nearby Bright Horizons (which we also loved for younger ages!) when he was the appropriate age (2 years, 9 months) as the curriculum, teachers, facilities, and resources offered by BHTS seemed outstanding. We’re thrilled to report that they are outstanding in practice as well. Our son absolutely loves the twice daily visits to the onsite playground, weekly yoga and music classes, the wide range of daily toys/activities (called “choices”) and, of course, his wonderful teachers and peers. We’re very happy that we made the change. Even though drop-offs can still be tough (that’s about the kiddo, not the school :)), at pickup it’s clear how much fun he had. We’re on vacation this week and he misses school, so if that’s not a ringing endorsement, then I don’t know what is. Finally, I’ll just say that the communication from BHTS (both classroom teachers and center administrators) is great, and we love the overall community as well.

This is an awesome preschool. They focus on building community relationships. I have 2 kids at the center and both of them always look forward to going to school. Close ties to Tufts University means that my children have special undergraduate friends to support their growth. Would recommend this school to anyone.

We love this center. Everything about it is just excellent. Amazing space with bright large classrooms and an awesome playground, thoughtful, caring teachers and staff, emergent curriculum that is built around children’s interests, music, yoga, live performances, etc. etc. I can’t say enough great things about this preschool. Our first child has been at the center for a year and our second is starting there this summer.
