Knowledgeable staff, knows most vape devices well. The most varieties of nic-salts (almost always in stock) and a staff that goes out of the way to make sure the customer had the right product.

I went in yesterday because my GeekVape broke and I wanted to try a new option. Shoutout to Max and Kai who were running the store and they were beyond helpful at helping me select a new device. The vibe was great, they were courteous, respectful, professional and went above and beyond. Can’t say enough good things. I’ve only ever had one device that I had replaced 3 times in a year so I needed a new option and Max picked out this powerhouse Smok vape for me that I absolutely love. I am so grateful for Bluemoon and I will be returning in the future. The prices are excellent as well.

There are two salty reviews, both are just wrong. One woman tried to claim they didn't have her cbd gummies and offered her thc gummies? This location does not have those products so I assume she is reviewing the wrong place. THIS IS NOT A DISPENSARY. This is a glass shop that sells smoking accessories only. They are a great glass shop, they have a nice selection of combustion products as well as a whole slew of vaporization products. I have bought multiple pieces from them and have been exceedingly happy with my purchases.

The main person that works there has the worst customer service. I tried to ask more information on the vapes and products and they seem uninterested and rude.

Just came from Broadway location. Handsome Indian man who was the worst customer representative I have seen in a long time. He didnt even have his mask covering his face. Made me wait while he continued to laugh and have a wonderful phone conversation. He put the phone to his chest when he saw that I was still waiting and I said I will wait till he is done talking on the phone. I would of spent a lot more money there but it was a complete waste of my time.The selection is amazing the store is beautiful and I'm sure is run incredibly but this kid shouldn't be working here.Update-I went in for a couple items yesterday and the gentleman was very kind and even apologized. He explained the situation and felt bad about my first encounter at the store. He is a great worker and I am thankful for his service and will be shopping here more often.

I was there tonight and the guy running the store was the absolute man. Great selection, great vibe, and I’ll definitely return in the future. Love having this place right down the street but I’d make the drive back even if it weren’t. Support this business when you’re in the area!!
