Amazing staff and well knowledgeable. I felt they were very helpful and the hospitality was exceptional. I don’t bank with Bank of America but I will consider to move over due to their professionalism.

The worst place to do banking bad customer services the bank managers are rude They dont talk to you if you in need some thing or have a question ..Stay away from this place. The staff in this branch are a shame to Bank of America. One if the new ladies skipped me and she want and served a customer who come after me. Very rude and if i can give them 0 i would but i cant.

HORRIBLE Customer Service. I've left this branch twice, gone straight to Harvard Square and gotten help where NO ONE at this branch seemed to know what they're doing. or just lazy-- a complete waste of time. Never again, which is sad because this branch is closer to me. Oh well.

Michael, at the BOA in Davis Square, was so helpful and patient as we had a nuanced request. He was able to effortlessly resolve our needs and did so with a great attitude the whole time. The entire staff was great, but Michael was particularly awesome.

Had a poor experience at BOA in Brookline. Went to the Highland ave location in Somerville and they were very helpful. Maria deserves praise for her knowledge, courtesy, and professionalism. Would definitely return!

Only one teller during peak times. Managers do not jump into help. I would avoid this branch if possible.

One of the ladies there is very alert and is able to redirect people to different stations so there isn't a long line. She was great!!

Do NOT bank here for business or personal. I had an appointment at 9am and no one showed on top of them never sending me my business banking card and then overdrafts go me when I pulled my money because I literally could not spend it. Service is TERRIBLE

I was having problems with my banking so I went here and was very pleased by the service; especially with Aleksandra Bilig’s service. He helped me even though he had many other customers waiting. He helped me even though it took a little time. He is the definition of what a BOA representative should be….respectful, kind, and helpful. If you can avoid Bank of America do it! The frees are hidden in the fine print, they charge you for everything, too much red tape, will charge you a fee then another if that fee takes you under and then tell you that even thought you've never been charged that fee AND never given notice, it's their policy. People this is an example of a bank "too big to fail" yet buys Jamie diamond summer homes in the hamptons on your fees. This is a horrible bank to work for, work with or trust your money to. Find a good local bank that sees you and works for you as a human, not income!
