“I've been a long time customer, going to Webster to fix dents and scratches for over 10 years. They've done insurance and non-insurance repairs for us, always reasonable cost and quick. The folks in the office always have integrity, courtesy and treat customers like people. Writing a review today to thank Jerry and his team for an awesome restoration of my 10-year old car, low mileage, that was sorry-looking with uneven, oxidized paint. It came out like new -- highly recommend detailing here even if you normally don't spend money on that type of luxury. It's well worth trying it to turn a good old car into a good-looking one.”
“After our brand new Subaru Ascent got hit and run while parked on the street leaving a baseball sized hole, broken taillight, non-operational blind spot monitors and a large crumple, we took it to Kevin and his team at Original Autobody in Somerville and they made it look like it never happened. Kevin and his mom are a pleasure to deal with on the phone and in person and willing to go the extra mile (or in our case the extra 20 to take care of getting the sensors calibrated by the Subaru dealership in Acton to help us get our vehicle back sooner). I hope no one needs to go through the need for major auto body work, but if and when they do I would not hesitate to send them to Original Autobody!”

“I couldn’t be more grateful to Somerville Auto Center! My car’s tire popped just a block down from there, and come to find out it had rusted enough to bond to the frame of the car, meaning I couldn’t get it off. The good folks at Somerville Auto Center generously helped me get the car to the shop, managed to get the tire off, and replaced it with my spare tire - all with no charge. They don’t work on tires, yet they helped me out during a stressful situation. I will forever remember their generosity and kindness, and remember them for the next time I need auto body work! “As I was driving recently, I noticed that my windshield wipers were not working perfectly. I stopped at this Advanced Auto Parts store to get a set of replacements. They have the little selector guide to help you find the right wiper blade for your car and model. Also, with mobile technology now, you can look on your phone and do a search for the right wiper blade.The selection was good and the prices were not bad....I had subscribed to their emails a few days earlier and I had a $15 credit towards my store purchase...It pays to sign up !!!”
“Good place, open 8-5 M-F, 8-12 Sat. Closed Sun. They supply the many shops in the area.Prices inside (not-Amazon) sometime much more than they are on Amazon’s site, takes awhile for Amazon orders to go through their systems.Also, Amazon qty listing doesn’t always match what they actually have in AutoPlus stock. That’s an Amazon problem.So if ordering through Amazon do it before you go to pickup and it will be ready for you when you get there (vs waiting on-site).”

“I was recommended Hillside Auto from Titan Gas and Car Wash and they were amazing! I had trouble with AAA and a mistake they made on my car and had my car sent to Hillside. I talked mostly with Frank and Jack and they were nothing but helpful, considerate, understanding, and kind. They were in regular contact with me and my dad about my car and explained everything to me. They also helped me navigate AAA and gave me all the info I needed to send to AAA. I will definitely be coming back to Hillside if I have any future car issues and will be recommending them to everyone.”

“We had an incident where the bumper on our Audi A3 got ripped off on the left side. The tail light fell out of it. We needed to get it repaired and we were told by another repair shop that it would take two weeks and cost about $1500. Mac's looked at it and said they felt they could wrangle it back onto the car without us having to replace the entire bumper. What they did LOOKED AMAZING and cost $200. It took just a few hours. RUN to Mac's when you need help. They do awesome work and we were thrilled with the result.”
