I got a couch and tv stand, was helped with Dayve who gave me care and attention and answered all of my questions. He really made the experience easy and actually enjoyable, I was nervous about this whole process but because of Dayve I loved this experience

Please be aware that you will not get your couch no sooner than 12 weeks even if staff at this furniture store tell you directly otherwise. We were lied to and even provided with a phone number by Anthony to call him if we do not hear back from delivery services within 2 days. This phone number was provided to us at the time of our in-store purchase. He never picked up after 2-3 calls. We spoke to the manager of the store and was informed that everything regarding delivery time regarding this couch was completely incorrect information. We lost out on the opportunity of enjoying a couch in our new home in a timely fashion and as a result had to cancel our home-welcoming party. The delivery date is now being pushed back each day. I don't anticipate getting our order until the fall. Would highly recommend not buying from this specific store or Ashley home furniture in general.

Have worked with Anthony to find a new couch twice and he has been extremely helpful and professional. Just wish the first couch wasn't too big for our new place, but it's been a fantastic fit where we are now.

The worst customer service experience I have ever received. I contacted them a month and a half ago to fix my sofa that has damage and is under warranty. Have been following up with them on their customer service number and in-store with ZERO help! All I get is we have sent an email and they will reach out to you in 48 hours. Got the same reply on every single one of the 6-7 calls I made and haven’t received a single callback.We are moving cross country in a week and have been requesting them to resolve the issue. The response I got from the store was that we wouldn’t be able to service you once you move and we cannot take a call on repair/replacement since we are a franchise.Never buying from them again!

This family-owned Ashley outlet is one of the friendliest and most helpful furniture store we have been. Our salesman was Anthony and he was able to get us the best for our money. Definitely recommend this place for anyone who is shopping for their furniture. Great collection.

Ordered what should have been a brand new couch from this location and they sent us this damaged couch. Customer service has been ignoring our calls for two weeks now and no one has followed up to our claim. How can you just expect people to dish out hundreds of dollars for damaged furniture?Still no response. You sent a defective replacement. Your technician pointed out the couch is defective and he found another tear that was covered up.

Dayve gave incredible service. He worked with us for over 90 minutes, leading us all over the floor and through the online kiosk and back again to find what I needed in my price point. He knew the inventory extremely well and gave great design tips based on pictures of my apartment. The inventory doesn’t have much made for small spaces, but Dayve still helped me find beautiful pieces that work. Highly recommend working with him.
