I rented space here for woodworking for several months and ended up cancelling. AA requires you to get "certified" on the machines before using them, but this certification really just entails taking a class, that is usually taught by someone who may or may not work for AA, and offered at their discretion. If the time the class is offered doesn't work for you, that's tough. Ultimately, this led me to leave. The people there were generally nice and kept to themselves which was good for me, but AA also does various things to foster a sense of community, but I never did them. Ultimately, I write this review to say the potential of AA is immense but I found it challenging to actually get out of it what I needed because of their limited opinions.

Best place to go to create if your an artist. They have everything from sewing screen printing jewelry making and glass blowing . Great place to check out if you want to rent a space.

Awesome makerspace and community. Tours are currently at 3:15pm Tuesdays and Sundays, and 6:15pm on Thursday. Wheelchair accessible.

Really, really amazing resource. I've learned two new skills which couldn't have happened otherwise. The organisation is very responsive amd easy to interact with as well. Just so glad I found out about the asylum.
