I bought coils for my Honda CRV yesterday and installed them and the car ran worse than it was running. catalytic converter smelled like eggs, rotten eggs Kaur had no acceleration. It was worse than I had started. Went to bring them back to return them because they were obviously the wrong ones and they did not give me my money back because it was "policy if the parts were installed.they gave me the wrong parts yet would not take them back. they gave me the wrong parts yet would not take them back. Also, the front hallway smelled like pot so I don't know what's going on at that store but I'm a little bit upset would never go back will never go back

They had what I needed (pretty simple stuff) except when I went to the check out counter and asked the cashier if they had a better for my fob, as mine is dying. I was already dreading it because in the 5 minutes I was in the store I heard her argue with every single person she encountered. Unfortunately my encounter was no different. I told her several times the fob was for a 4Runner Limited and she proceeded to look up videos of 4Runners (not limited) and when I told her repeatedly it's not the same vehicle, she proceeded to tell me only the color was different. I never mentioned the color. I don't come to places to be argued with. Just a yes or no is all I needed in regards to my fob battery. While I'm sure they do have one, I'll be going literally anywhere else to get one. I don't go to a store to argue with a stranger. I just want to get what i need and get out. Ana B'a customer service leaves much to be desired.

As I was driving recently, I noticed that my windshield wipers were not working perfectly. I stopped at this Advanced Auto Parts store to get a set of replacements. They have the little selector guide to help you find the right wiper blade for your car and model. Also, with mobile technology now, you can look on your phone and do a search for the right wiper blade.The selection was good and the prices were not bad....I had subscribed to their emails a few days earlier and I had a $15 credit towards my store purchase...It pays to sign up !!!

At the start of my day I found that my battery needed to be replaced ASAP. I ended up having to be towed to this Advance Auto Parts because my car was deemed too risky to drive. A gentleman named Alpha went above and beyond for his service. He kept me informed on what I was purchasing and the process of everything. This was my first time replacing a battery in a car, and he made it seamless and took so much stress off my shoulders. Please keep this man, he was so kind and I know I will be coming back to this store because of him. Thank you Alpha!!

Had a great experience at this location. Jesse helped me find wiper fluid and graciously helped me refill it in my car. He helped me figure out how to effectively us my wipers, which I'd been having difficulty with, to ensure that my windshield would stay clear and safe in the winter. If you're looking for an auto parts store with friendly and helpful employees, this location has it!

Went in today for a marine battery and Jesse went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me out. I was very happy to have him help me because he was so helpful to the person ahead of me as well. Not many people willing to help me like he did today!

On Saturday afternoon purchased a battery charger. Sunday morning went to return it, unused and was informed by the employee that refunds were not allowed on electronics. The employee we spoke w/Saturday never told us that the item was non-refundable... Todays employee was not helpful and quick to cut me off only stating "come back tomorrow and speak w/ma manger".

Staff members Alpha and John went above and beyond to help me select the correct windshield wiper blades as I would’ve messed this task up if left to do it independently. This location rocks and I’ve never left a review so trying to send positive recognition when I see it.
