Amazing staff as everyone is very welcoming and friendly. I love how secure I feel with my money as my account was used by someone else only twice before it was dealt with, and the rest of my money was saved. I love webster bank.

If you need customer service on a Saturday you will have to wait until Monday. Unfortunately, no one will answer your call even though the website states the bank is open until 1pm.

The workers at this bank are always super nice ! They are never pushy in sales but eager to help with any issue you have either over the phone or in person. The manager Nina is outstanding !

I only wish I could give a zero rating. Ripoff/scam artists like no others. I've lived all over the country and done business with dozens of banks over the years. The Somerset Webster branch has the absolute WORST customer service anywhere. Long teller lines, unfriendly staff, and aggressive salespeople who brought my elderly mother to tears by their relentless bullying of her to lock up her money for much longer than she wanted. Watch out for Melissa, who will tell you that you need specific documentation and then tell you it's not sufficient when you bring in exactly what she requested.....not once but TWICE.

I walked in and was greeted immediately by Melissa. She explained to me the differences between and benefits to Webster's various checking and savings accounts. I had a few questions which she also answered in detail and even had the Branch manager come in and explain some of the promotions for new customers and what I qualified for. Their customer was awesome!
