This is specifically related to the service department. I received 2 years of complementary maintenance because i bought during construction. Fantastic. First appointment - I brought the car in and waited for 2.5 hours for a tire rotation and oil change. I was then charged for the tire rotation. Came home and reviewed the letter, and had to call and get it refunded. Second service, I brught the car in, wait time was an hour. They again required me to pay for the tire rotation and filters. I had no problem with paying for the filters. Got home and called to get the rotation refunded. The third time, they came to pick up my car. Great. I was told it would be dropped back to me by 5 pm. 6:00 no car and no call. I tried calling, but they were closed. I called the next morning and was told there was an issue and would be covered under warranty. I was told my car would be dropped off by 5 pm. Still, my car was not brought back. I waited until noon the next day and called to inquire about my car. I was told it's out for delivery. I live 10 minutes tops from the dealership. My car was STILL not delivered. I called the next morning and was transferred to the GM. They apologized profusely and informed me my car would be dropped off within the hour, and it was. I then again had to fight for them to hono their promotion. I bought my car 2 years ago with the tire and rim coverage. I have scheduled the rim appointment, drove the car to the dealership on the day of, and was told the "tire guy" wasn't going to be able to do it. I rescheduled for 2 weeks later. Again, I drove to the dealership to be told the same thing. I was then told, "You should wait until after winter to get this fixed just in case." I was livid that he wouldn't try and reschedule. This last oil change, they came to pick up the car and brought it back the same day. Still had to fight for them to honor the promotion. I went in this past Saturday to get my rim fixed and was told, "I need to ask when my tire guy can do it." I paid for coverage I am unable to use. I will only be back for the warranty coverage but will never be back to the service department for anything other than that. What an absolute nightmare.

Unfortunately, I have the absolute worst luck with my tires but fortunately, Ryan in service has been nothing but amazing with me every single time. Both his professionalism & kind heart is something i'm incredibly appreciative of. I'm not a big fan of dealerships being a female, but I know I can always rely on Ryan to educate & give me the best deal possible.

it: after speaking with the manager, Amy. My concerns have all been addressed. Had i met with her from the start my overall impression would have been different and not shady. Because she honored her word and gave me facts. For that i will average my reviews for a score of 3/5 Dropped my car off 2 hours before closing. After discussing with people who have worked at a dealership I received regrets over the "fair pricing " i was given. After discussing this with Ryan the following morning when I called since my Voicemail was not returned. he offered to take $100 off the brakes only because that was the only item of the 3 items documented that was not complete. completed. So i said okay thank you. And mentioned that the loaner vehicle I was given did not have a full tank of gas when I took it so i would not be returning it full. He just asked i returned what i used. (Which i did). 3 hours later after being told 2 of 3 were done all thats left is brakes. I get a call that my battery is fail and dead and will need to be replaced. They took it out to replace the spark plugs. And now its dead. I asked for a quote on a battery and on all of the other services performed and on the report of the battery failingWhen i am told on the phone by Ryan that "we do not give formal quotes or quotes on servicing because we are not allowed to put anything in writing" as if that does not sound fishy. He says they only do invoices and right on the invoice itself "customer here by acknowledges receiving original estimate of $0.00" which means they have capabilities but chose not to use them. So I demanded he send me something to which i get an email just in the body typed with 4 errors because i only got 1 of the rear bearings not 2 and only 1 was authorized and a few other details.. Also after finally receiving the print out of the battery report because the email copy was not sent. That it has the report being done at 12:10pmBut i was told at 11:08am via phone call that my battery was shot and needed replacement. After already adjustment when we go through the final cost breakdown first it was my inbound pads then its outbound pads. Then the shop supplies fee is for tools. Which i asked another Subaru rep it is not for tools it is for haz waste disposal and tire disposal and now just what ryan referred to as a "dealership tax"Maybe there are other service members at this establishment that are fair and honest. But working with Ryan Nave was like pulling teeth to attempt to not be overcharged. And Ryan Nave has gone to the lengths to alter my address and email to avoid my ability to take the service survey since my invoice now has incorrect information. he had it correct at noon when i had him read it all back to me.

This place really took care of me over the holiday weekend. Their customer service and service department are exceptional. I highly recommend this dealer. Alex was my salesperson and he was great. Ryan, Bryan and Leroy in service are Fantastic. Note: I did not purchase a Subaru and they still took great care of me and my needs.

Purchased a steering knuckle for a Subaru legacy from the parts department. Was told steering knuckle would be delivered early afternoon on February 16. After calling for two consecutive hours and no one answering the phone I finally got a hold of the service department. Who transferred my call to the parts department who then let me know it may be delivered today. After pressing the issue. The parts manager informed me it would be on the way and to never call to order parts again. He then hung up on me!! Awesome service

I have bought two Subaru Foresters from this dealer. Great experiences both times. I love my Forester. Brought my car in for check engine light and Stateline did diagnostics. Needed new battery and oil change, which my husband said he would take care of himself. A "while" later, found out technician misunderstood and did the work to the tune of several hundred dollars. Service manager waived the fee due to the misunderstanding. HUGE thanks to Stateline. Great work and customer service which is why I will continue to use Stateline for my Subaru needs and YOU SHOULD TOO.Trish C. Portsmouth RI

Before taking delivery of my new vehicle I was given a sheet detailing all accessories to be included in my purchase. Upon inspection I found this was not the case. Their excuse was they deleted certain items to meet my final offer. They did not tell me about this during our negotiations . They also added service chargers to the final price that I did not authorize such as window etching and inspection services. Be very careful when dealing with these people.
