If i could leave zero stars for this place, I would. Not only was Dr. Lunig a complete d1ckhead who spoke to me like I have no idea about the cat I raised from 6 weeks old, but they administered a ***$250*** "basic blood panel" without quoting me a price first then had the audacity to tell me, "that's just what they cost." Well, no, it isn't. This was not my first time getting a blood panel for a cat.
They cut my cat's leg and never gave me aftercare instructions as to when I should remove the bandage they had to put on... in fact, they never even brought up cutting him or bandaging him. Shameful. I might sound like an idiot, but as I have been going to Pet Partners in Fall River (soooo much better) for years... not one of my animals has EVER needed a bandage post blood work. His foot swelled up dangerously, and it was frankly incredibly traumatic for both myself and the cat. Like bar none the worst experience of my pet parenting life.
Beyond that, all the vet did was recommend the most expensive places around (I only went in to shop around for a deep scale dental cleaning quote) and then call me a few days later to try and scare me into bringing my traumatized, injured cat in for MORE blood work, citing an elevated amount of potassium in his blood. Over my dead body. Not to mention, when the same test results were sent to my regular vet, lo and behold, no one mentioned potassium levels to me. Shocking. ?
The hatred and rage I still have almost 2 years later for this place is immeasurable. I truly wish the worst for Dr. Lunig and his practice, from the very depths of my soul. I go out of my way to encourage every single pet parent I know to avoid this place like the plague. I cannot accurately convey my feelings of dissatisfaction with words... at least not here.
If you go here, prepare to be taken advantage of.

They are the absolute best of the best. I truly could go on and on about how unbelievably wonderful Dr. Fleming and her team are. I have a highly allergic pup whom unfortunately requires a ton of maintenance and is always dealing with something or other and they’ve just been so patient, so kind, so accommodating and so understanding, not only with my pet but also with me. I’ll forever be indebted to and grateful for these hard working, amazing people.

There aren’t enough words to describe how grateful I am for all the staff over at Spinnaker Vet. It all started back in 2020 when my tuukka was sick and no other clinic wanted to accept new patients except this one! Since then, both of my cats have had the best experiences at this office. Dr. Fleming is truly wonderful, and so are the rest of the staff. My cat Fatima had surgery today and I knew she was in the best of hands, and that I had nothing to worry about! Every time I have called, the receptionists are always so pleasant, professional and comforting, I couldn’t recommend a better place to anyone who is looking for a heart warming, caring, educated, friendly, supportive, understanding group of individuals who actually put animals first to care for your pets!

Always a friendly experience when I go in with my dogs. They're helpful, not looking to overcharge you for things you don't need and they're truly empathetic to your animals needs.
Appointments can be made easily and usually quickly.

Cannot recommend Spinnaker enough. The care they gave me and my Rudy during such a difficult time was all I could ask for. They also care for my friends pack. I have personally witnessed Dr. Fleming call well after hours to check on my friends dog who was having GI issues leading into a weekend. Tracy and the rest of the support staff are amazing. Incredibly thorough and calming in times of stress. Please, whatever you do, have your animals seen by this team! Spinnaker team, thank you, again ♥️

My dog Brutus has been going to Spinnaker for 12 year's and have always felt like Dr. Fleming along with her staff are always wonderful I would recommend if you are thinking of choosing Spinnaker as your vet clinic you will not be disappointed I highly recommend.
