Horrible experience. Came here for the first time to do my taxes because of family I’ve heard it was a good place. Come to find out the old dude Steve that filed my return gave the irs the wrong routing number to my account. Now I have to wait for the bank to send the money back to the irs. Then wait for the irs to mail me out a paper check all because the old man couldn’t get his numbers right. I’m beyond mad right now. I should have stayed with turbo tax and would have never had this issue.

This was my first year going to this accountant and I dropped my taxes off in February and for some reason, he didn’t complete them until after the IRS deadline. As a result from my taxes not being done in a timely manner, my daughter lost all of her federal funding. She now has to pay at least $5000 out of pocket and I never received a call after letting his office know about this. I called three times while my taxes were there and was told something different every call. I would not recommend this firm. He never entered my state income taxes either so the return has to be amended. Looking for a new accountant. I hope this helps other people!

Mr. Raymond is experienced in filing taxes. I have been going to him for years. Very direct and funny. I would recommend him and his staff all day long.

Great personal service. Very professional, clean office that is well decorated with hand drawn art. Very knowledgeable of his business. Taxes are prepared and ready by the date you are given from him.
