I had a great experience here! I needed brakes and rotors ASAP after a roadtrip. Unfortunately, it was the same week as July 4th, not only did Jeff get me in the day before the holiday he was able to complete the job same day. The process was very and stress free which is most definitely for me!

My family and I have always taken our vehicles here and have been loyal customers. However, after recent events, they have lost all of our business. After having asked them to look at my brakes several times and being told they were fine, they not long after cost me $1,700 in brakes and rotors at their shop. On a separate occasion I brought my vehicle to them to look over, during which the light for my battery was on. My battery should have been replaced at this time and was not, leading to my truck dying and stranding me in a parking lot. After those events, I had been looking into finding a new local mechanic, but my last visit here sealed the deal when I was met with utter disrespect when questioning work, or lack thereof, that had been done on the truck. I would discourage anyone from bringing their vehicles here, especially as a woman.

Jeff at Quality Auto was a pleasure to deal with. Our daughter’s car was not starting consistently. Jeff kept it on his lot and tried to start it every day for close to two weeks, including over a holiday weekend, to try to catch it when it didn’t start. We ultimately ended up going with a new starter, which Jeff did not push on us right away, attempting to save us some money. Highly recommend!

I recently paid a visit to Quality Auto because my car- key battery died. So not really familiar about opening the key , I asked Pat if I could come over and pop a new battery into my key.
But here’s another reason why I’m writing, it’s because a few weeks later I realized that maybe my Car Starter needed a battery.
Yeah, thinking that my car starter was broken for a couple of years now, you would have thought I’d figure it out. Not so! Until I thought of Quality Auto and called Pat! He’s says come on over & let’s take a look.
Sure enough, he puts in a new battery and now I have a consistent starter.
I don’t know you, but it’s nice to have a starter on these cold days.
Even more, you don’t have to feel stupid about something you don’t know about, just call Quality Pat and he makes you feel like, hey no worries, let’s take a look.
I feel this is a very honest service center, and they are so trustworthy to do business. They do there best to take the worry out of worrying.

This was my first time going to Quality Auto Services. They were very professional over the phone and went through potential issues with my car without it even being seen. After bringing my car there I was met by very friendly and knowledgeable people. My car issues were quickly diagnosed and repaired. I am very happy with the quality of the work performed and the prices were reasonable. They have my future business and I would highly recommend!
