Bob and his team were excellent. Bob was able to schedule my car for service the day after I called; he diagnosed and corrected the issue within a day saving me close to $1900 when Toyota of Dartmouth incorrectly diagnosed a problem with my 2016 Camry. Bob was straight forward and honest; he has my business for all of my cars for as long as I live in the area. I would highly recommend Bob and the rest of NITROS team!

We had an unexpected issue with our BMW. Thinking it was either the battery or the alternator, we looked to see if there was anyone nearby who had good reviews and knowledge of BMWs. After talking to Bobby (and reading reviews) we felt comfortable in his knowledge of the car and its needs. We brought it in on Monday and he called us Tuesday morning. Not only was the car done but it was the serpentine belt, not the battery or the alternator. Talk about honesty and good customer service! This is a hidden gem and we will be definitely giving our business to Bobby and his wife Vicki. Local, loyal and trustworthy.

I wish I had known about this place sooner. After having the Ford dealer diagnos my vehicle and give me an exhorbitant quote, I had my car taken to Nitros. The did the work in a timely manner at literally 1/5 of the cost. Normally, I wouldn't take my car to the dealer for service but it was to have a recall repaired. I will be bringing my car to Nitros from now on. They did great work and were fair and honest which is what you want in an auto repair service.Service: Auto water leak repair
