I just bought a house and this is the closest Home Depot so I've been here a lot. I find most of the staff to be extremely helpful. They helped me figure out what I needed to build a garden bed. Bought my weed wacker and my grill here. Staff is always very friendly here. Very helpful in the paint section too.

i ordered an air conditioner online less then 24 hrs I cancelled it so I could get it faster from the store, for 3 days it said cancelation processing, then they shipped it anyway. don't buy online from home depot.

This is a typical Home Depot in the Fall River/Somerset area. I went to check out their laundry detergent selection. I like that they have large bottles, which last longer and usually have better unit price than the little bottles.There was hardly anyone to ask questions, since the store is so big and there are so many customers, but I did my own research and math and I got what I wanted fairly quickly.Like all other Home Depot stores, this one sells tools, construction products, appliances, and provide many other services, including fuel and transportation rentals. Home Depot is the largest home improvement retailer in the United States. In 2021, the company had 490,600 employees and more than $151 billion in revenue. The company is headquartered in incorporated Cobb County, Georgia, with an Atlanta mailing address.There are stores all over the United States (including the District of Columbia, Guam, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands); all 10 provinces of Canada; and all 32 Mexican states and Mexico City.The store was very clean and well organized.

When Staff stands around gossiping with one another it's of no help to the customers. How about if the Staff asks Customers if they need any help? There's a novel idea! Do your job!

Horrible customer service, i found item i wanted to purchase, apparently it was discontinued, not in data base.waited 45 for a manager named john to give a clearance price for it, never came was told he was busy, that they couldnt sell it to me without a price! the paint department did check loews and said Go to loews its in stock there , by now 1 hr wasted of my time, i have been a loyal customer to Hd for years thousands of dollars spent there, goodbye home depot!! Hello Loews.

EDIT: Home Depot contacted me and traveled to my home with missing parts and a new seed spreader. I've changed this review from 1 stars, to 3. Ordered a $400 push mower and a seed spreader for curb side pickup. - The ordering process went OK, although I DID NOT get a discount for opening a HomeDepot credit card... I placed the order and picked up everything the next day. The emails were clear and I had no problem with curbside pickup. The mower was missing the owners/assembly manual, as well as the charger for the mower's onboard battery. The seed spreader was dirty, with leftover residue inside with no tags or stickers. It was obviously used, yet I paid retail for a new item. I called and spoke to Aaron, who told me they were too busy to fix the issue that day, but he would send someone out the next day (yesterday). I took steps to make sure that someone would be home all day to take of this, when they showed up. I made sure my phone was on and checked emails... I couldn't take another day out of work to fix this issue. I trusted that Home Depot and the manager would make this right. Why would I buy a 400$ push mower with missing parts so that I was unable to use it's features? No call, no show the next day - I still have a mower missing parts and a used seed spreader. I've called corporate in an effort to escalate the issue. I'll update this review with any resolutions or a satisfactory full return and credit to my account.

Stock is poor. Employees don't care. No one answers the phone. Prices are insanely high and don't match at the register what was on the shelf - if there was a price on the shelf.

Ordered these "white" shutters last year, they're now yellow. Don't get them. It's going to be impossible to line up the holes I made in my siding if I return them. Serious cheap pieces of crap basically. Home Depot should come paint them for me.

This is the worst Home Depot I have ever been too. The staff is completely disinterested in helping customers. The store is always is a shambles and they very rarely have what you need. Save yourself some time and go anywhere else.

Shameful we waited outside for help loading sheetrock twice we asked them to call someone and nobody ever came out .I had to help my husband load it... this is not the first time happens all the time..something needs to be done about this!! I was there when girl called in the request for help both times I think they run and hide when they hear the request for loading i am beyond livid!!!!

Don't ever buy an appliance at this store because if your purchase develops a problem it is next to impossible to contact someone there to help you with it. Here is my recent dealing with Home depot. First: I got a recorded message, second: the first recorded message connected me to another recorded message: third: finally I connect to the front desk who transferred me to the"appliances center". where I was put on hold for about 15 minutes. Once I was connected to an associate she was very annoyed because she was dealing with a live customer and told me to contact the manufacturer. WOW, what a way to run a business.
