Alex and his wife Ashley are absolutely amazing and so loving ! Great affordable car as if I drove it right off the lot! Small things I notice and he's able to fix them ! Great Great experience and I wouldn't recommend anyone else !!!

What started as a hospitable and earnest procedure turned for the worst as time went on. I came in after seeing a Toyota Camry listed on sale for $6500 having gone down from $7000, and went through the financing route. The agreed price the vehicle would be sold to me was $6500. At first they were very responsive and helpful with any questions I had, with Jenny helping me over text whenever needed. When I went to finalize in person, I was told by Alex that a little over $10k would be the final price, including the financing over the 36 month term. Since I had a high interest rate over a 3 year term, this number made sense to me, even if it was a little high. My mistake was not asking or looking for an itemized bill of sale, and taking him at his word, since we had been friendly the entire time prior. It wasn’t until almost 2 weeks later when I had already signed off on the papers that I looked at the information online and that’s when I realized they actually sold me the car for $10,544, and lied to me about it. My boyfriend and I went in person to ask them about this, and to see if it was just all a mistake in the end, trying to give them the benefit of doubt. As soon as we started showing them the papers with the numbers stating the car was clearly sold to me for more than what we agreed on, Alex became very defensive and hostile, eventually throwing a hand drill he had in his hand behind him and storming out of the room. We were never accusatory, but simply exercised our right to question why the numbers were very obviously not adding up. They denied they sold me the car for more than $7000, despite the bank confirming they in fact did sell it to me for $10,544. The obvious lies and scam aside, it took them nearly two weeks to give me my plates and registration after they had the car registered. Taking into consideration it was around Christmas and new years and the RMV would be closed for days at a time, I tried to be understanding and patient, but it was never a priority for them to give me my plates when they were open and would come up with excuses as to why they couldn’t get it yet, or why I couldn’t come pick it up, always saying I would get it “tomorrow”, to the point my insurance company called and mailed me that they were about to cancel my policy since they didn’t have my registration or plate information. I have all the evidence in a google doc that proves everything I’m saying is true if anyone tries to disprove me or say I’m lying. All in all, do not trust this place, at the very least when it comes to financing. Extremely disappointed to be lied to and scammed.

I am in the process of buying a car from Alex and his wife and they have been beyond helpful and accommodating while I wait to pick it up. I cannot highly recommend them enough. Thankyou so much and can’t wait to get the new car.

Words can not explain how much Alex at First Class Auto Sales has helped me within the last few months. My previous car had a rusted out cross member that no one was able to find a part for and I was weeks without a functioning car before deciding to buy a new one. Alex was able to set me up with a great ford escape and get me a great deal with it. Not only did he sell me an awesome car, but he was able to help me by finding the part needed for my old car, then repair it, and detail the car for me. Because of Alex I have a great new car and was able to sell my previous one in great condition for an awesome price!! He’s a life saver, I will always recommend first class auto sales to anyone and everyone, thank you Alex!

Definitely a spot to go he was awesome and so was his wife helped me so much if you need a car go to him they definitely will help very attentive She goes above and beyond for his customers and is one of the most helpful gentleman I’ve ever met if you want a good car and someone who it cares about your car and your niece go to him to ur needs I’d definitely will come back to them hands down great man

My boyfriend and I went to go look at this car & Alex and his girlfriend were absolutely amazing. They were so honest with the whole process of buying the car. Very straightforward. Wasn’t trying to upsell or be that type of stereotype salesman. Ive dealt with MANY dealers that didnt keep their word. But they most certainly have delivered!!

We were in the market for a car for my son. We stumbled upon First Class Auto and we knew this is the spot. Alex had not only had the car we were looking for but his character was top shelf. He did everything he could to make us feel like we were the most important customer. We felt like we were in good hands Jenny in the office is a sweetheart and you can tell she has a huge heart. It felt like seeing old friends. We not only bought the car but we are planning on buying another car. To finish the deal he delivered the car to my sons work for him. Highly recommend stoping by on your car buying journey. I bet you won’t go anywhere else.

Alex and his wife are kind, caring people who will go out of their way to make sure you leave the lot in a reliable car. Payment was quick and honest, and they will even register, inspect, and deliver the car for you (as long as you pay for those services). First Class is great! Can’t recommend enough.
