My family has tried contacting them multiple times within the past couple weeks and we have heard nothing back from them. It’s gotten to the point where we are almost out of oil. Honestly disappointed in the lack of communication and effort.

Have been using Faria Oil for about 20 years now and will go nowhere else. No contract required, they don't try to sell you more than you ask for, they usually call back by the end of the day, and if not, first thing the next morning. Can't say enough nice things about this business and their employees. Very reliable.

Just want to rave about the service from Faria Oil (somerset). Came home to no heat at 11 pm called for service at 11:30 and Frank had us up and running by 1 am. Been doing business with them for 10 years. No contract needed for amazing service at unbelievable prices. Couldn’t recommend them more highly.
