My girlfriend went to this place for haircut drove 10 miles there and 20 minutes of her time and gas waited over 30 minutes with appointment then told only hairdresser in place has to leave. Ridiculous terrible customer service

Katie is absolutely the best .She understands hair and goes beyond her way to make sure that you are happy with color or cut .She has taken her time to listen to any concerns that I had, especially since I have very fine hair.My hair is in such better health now .I am so happy I found her.

My son got his hair braided for the first time last week and it looked great! Vanessa was Very professional and patient, my son is 4 and he liked the experience so I have no complaints. Definitely coming back. Highly recommend

Awful customer service since new owners took over. None of the previous stylists left and they don’t even tell you. No introduction to who they are. Will not be going back. Been with Daniel and co for 15 years. Unfortunately time to find new hairdresser.

I have been a client at Daniel and Company in Somerset since they were fantastic Sams in Swansea. I have had the same stylist for twenty plus years. Amanda goes above and beyond to accommodate me with my short hair craziness ,Many times I just say do whatever you think. And my hair always turns out perfectly the way I had invisioned! She is the best !

First time getting my hair done here. Jeslyn is wonderful! Definitely recommend her. My hair needed a lot with some color correction. She was upfront and honest with her recommendations on options to start fixing the damage. She works fast but makes sure it's done properly. Everyone working there is friendly. Already made a second appointment for next month!

I like that they text you the day before to remind you of your appointment. They also offer you water or coffee while your there. Its not but it hits the spot. I get a trim and long layers with foils a few times a year. Been coming here for about 5 years . I have had several of the girls do my hair and I like them all. They work very hard so you get what you want especially the color they talk with you and show you different samples and offer you to come back and tone the color for free if your not satisfied.

Two stars for effort, kinda. I made an appt for two girls one wash and blowout, one haircut. They both left so disappointed. She actually walked out with her hair pulled back in a bun because the end result was awful. I feel for the girls who are trying to learn yet instead are bullied around. The manager came over and told the Stylists to hurry up because she was 10min behind. Mind you we were on time for our appointments. I felt rushed out once they had 3 people trying to curl hair with flat irons. Awful experience and will warn everyone not to waste their time or money here.Service: Hairstyling

The girl at the front desk is the sweetest. Every time I come to this salon it is for a last minute trim or impulsive hair cut, they always manage to squeeze me in and the work is always good quality.They’ve made adjustments since COVID, adding screens in between each chair. This just makes the experience better and more private!

Been going there for years! everyone is friendly and welcoming. The owner Margaret is such a genuine person and funny lady that strives to make all the clients feel comfortable and appreciated. My stylist Kim does an amazing job from cuts to color/highlights and keratin treatments and she always listens to what I want. I’ve never been dissatisfied.5 ⭐️From me
