My First time at Best Nail II LLC and I absolutely love my nails! They did an amazing job! The nail salon is very festive and ready for the holidays! ❤️? Lisa took care of me and she took her time, but she was also quick and efficient, she was patient and kind. The staff here is friendly and supportive!!! Positive energy , attitude and environment! They were professional and I will be returning to get my nails refilled from here on forth! Thank you Lisa!! ?❤️

This is our second time coming here, the first time we got gel nails and they came out great!! This time we got acrylics with gel over and I adore mine!!!! Everyone was really nice and this is a great place

I have been using this nail salon for a few years on and off. For the most part they are really good. My issue with them is they say they are open until 8 but are actually not. I went there about 2 weeks ago- the girl forgot to glue my nail where it had chipped which lead to it breaking. They refuse to take me in and fix my nails, which I’ll happily pay for. And this was their error. They won’t take any appointments after 6pm although they state they are open until 8.

This is an edit to my original review When I arrived and sat in my chair the nail tech made me feel like I was an inconvenience but we carried on. I wanted a new set which I was told would take a long time. Okay? Weird but I still want a new set. After that was finished he worked very hard on my nails and they came out wonderful. Truly the shape was done perfectly. Once we started the polish he went off to the side and added something to the nail polish and then continued to paint my nails. Once I ran an errand, came home to shower the hot water rubbed my gel polish off... So, I called and went back and another lady was going to do my nails. I picked a other color because they said it was the polish but when I looked over the guy was testing it out on a fake nail. It must have worked because he banged down the box of polish and said she will paint your nails. Honestly, I'm pretty sensitive and I got choked up because how was this my fault and why were you so nasty doing that? The lady painted my nails and I came home and had dinner. I'm sitting on my couch and I noticed that they're starting to rub off again. I started to rub on them because I didn't want it to rub off on my bed when I was sleeping. You know how they have to drill your nails to get the gel off well all I had to do was rub my nail and just take nail polish remover to it. Last time I try somewhere new because it's closer. I'm never going back. They looked so good at first too.
