Started with an introduction class to Buti yoga. Heather is amazing!!! No class has ever kept my interest however, this one did!!! Heater makes me feel like I am doing an outstanding job and is so encouraging and knowledgeable. Wish she had more classes!!!!

I LOVE Balance! Having this studio so close to home has really helped me live a healthy lifestyle and achieve my fitness goals. I've learned so much about fitness at the studio and love how they offer such a variety of classes ranging from yoga to barre to step! The environment is so positive and welcoming. I love all of the instructors and have always felt so supported and encouraged.

Balance is an excellent yoga and fitness studio that offers a variety of classes that challenges you. Balance has a positive inviting environment and supports you along your fitness journey with a wonderful instructors . I love attending all the different Balance classes and know you will too !!! My happy place. Instructors are amazing. I’ve met the most amazing group of ladies. Best thing I did was become a member of Balance. Always look forward to attending classes. I never feel out of place. Everyone is so welcoming. It’s definitely my happy place!!!

There are a variety of classes to choice from and I’ve taken most and have always walked away feeling like I got a good workout.. definitely worth the visit if you are looking for a place to work it and first class is always free!

My happy place!! If you are looking for a clean and welcoming environment Balance is the place to be. Such a variety of classes to choose from it will keep your body guessing as to what you can accomplish next! All the instructors are knowledgeable and very approachable. Bottom line you walk in a stranger you leave as a new family member!

I am so happy to have been introduced to this fitness studio a little over a year ago. Balance offers a positive and upbeat feel to all their classes. The instructors are the best around, always willing to lend a hand and modification to fit any level. They offer so many different classes you're guaranteed to find 1 or more that you'll absolutely love.
