Thursday I had the pleasure of working with delightful Sonia Borges at the AAA office in Somerset Ma. I went in there very overwhelmed, she seamlessly addressed my car Ins. issue and even made me laugh! I highly recommend AAA and their wonderful staff!

I needed an insurance quote for my business that i'm opening up. Sonia Borges was extremely quick and receptive to my questions and was able to guide me in the right direction with one of her assistants and helped me get an affordable insurance quote fast. The AAA in Somerset just saved the day. They were super professional and helpful! They literally saved my mom thousands of dollars on rent and auto insurance. Sonia B. Was outstanding and super helpful. Get AAA membership it pays for itself thousand times over!

As a member of AAA and wanting to save time, I made an appointment to renew my driver's license at the Somerset office. I filled out my application online and selected the documents I was bringing (listed on my application), When I arrived the lady there scanned the QR code of my application and the minute I showed her my I-797 started talking to another lady, who came to speak to me in Spanish (I speak English and did not request an Spanish interpreter), and they said I had to bring the I-94 that they could not accept that document as it was not listed in their list from RMV (even though it was listed on my application and it has the same effect as I-94), they did not even look further and said "sorry we cannot help you". Later, I made my appointment at the RMV. I waited a bit longer, but the agent there was kind, not showing any prejudices, and did her work professionally, and I was able to renew my license at the RMV with the documents I brought to AAA (some of them, they did not even want to look at)
I will probably not use AAA again or at least not Sommerset branch.

My wife and I met with Sonia today at AAA Somerset to switch our auto and home insurance. Sonia could not have been more helpful. Literally saved us thousands, and with better coverage in the end. Great experience! Highly recommend Sonia and AAA for auto and home insurance!

In a frantic attempt to secure auto insurance ten minutes before AAA closed, Sonia Borges helped me secure auto insurance in the nick of time and even stayed late to complete the paperwork. She knows her stuff and is pleasant to work with. Well done.

Sonia was very helpful when I went in to make changes to my policy. Navigating the registry process sometimes is a challenge. Sonia made it a breeze for me. This is why I use AAA they are fantastic to work with from the time you walk in the door till the time you walk out.
